Not sure where they are but they probably need to apply for a burn permit given that it's relatively residential, and given that it's july, they might not be giving those any more.
@@coldravioli7839 the jokes that Osman's house got burned down during the Cali Wildfires a few years back, he ended up living in a camper van or something until he made enough from the gofundme and youtube vids to buy his current home
Me: That's a baby what the fuck Michael Also me: I don't think that baby understands the middle finger, what an idiot Perhaps Michael only coming out with new videos once a year is a good thing
When their last house burned down I felt really bad for them. When this house burns down I will also feel really bad for them. But I'll have a few guesses at what happened before they make the video.
William: I'm supposedly surrounded by fire hazards. Also William: let's ignite highly flammable gas underground because dry root structures never smolder for days and then catch fire.
@tijsp.8162 The funny part is that despite all the fire hazards Will has created it was a wild fire that burnt his house down and it was completely out of his control.
The Firefighters just don't want your house to burn down, lol edit: Those explosives used for the gophers near all that dry brush was making me nervous for the future of this property
@@madmax82988 Fuck you. The sheer amount of wildfires and displaced friends and family we've had in the last 5 years, lighting shit on fire like that is irresponsible.
@@madmax82988 Theres a difference between doing a risky fun thing and combusting gas underground in a place where the rain went to get milk. Root fires can spread quickly, burn for weeks, and easily cause another California wildfire. It was still cool though :)
I expected nothing else from my favorite crack-head creator honestly. I do the same to my 2 yr olds sometimes, it's funny, and they're just shy of understanding it so I've got a month or two before I need to stop or cause irreparable damage lol
The fire department told us to get rid of flammable brush, so we decided to start blowing up the ground with combustible gas near a field of super dry brush.🤣
I don’t know how Kevin can survive in California. When he lived in Florida, he would just let things explode in his driveway and all the bushes around would catch on fire and he would just ignore it and they would go out.
I feel like everything is about to come full circle. As in, this video is a premonition of a future property fire ignited by a rogue spark from an upcoming welding project. Probably on like day 12 of the two week deadline.
I feel like that's half of being an engineer. You know how to fix (or have friends/colleagues who know how to fix) literally almost anything. William is such a wild chaotic human. I feel like if he was any different it'd be kinda cringe but he owns all of it. I have a profound respect for people who absolutely just push the boundaries of both comedy and science/engineering at the same time. The whole group of them are so fun.
> I am in trouble with the fire department, I must clear the dry brush > creates explosions and shoots fire under dry brush, sending plumes of smoke into the air
Wait. Is his baby seriously named Potato? That seems like such a William thing to do, but at the same time it could also be a fake name used on camera?
The rule is quite ridiculous and is very vague on what the fire department deems ‘unsafe’. California leaving the problems to its citizens rather than fixing it themselves yet again.
@@chkndnts No but they do control the local ordinances, forests, brushlands, and state/national parks. If they did controlled burns none of this would really be a problem. But that’s the thing, they don’t do that. They just wait until someone or something starts a wild fire and it becomes the citizens burden.
@@Lawnmower737 Asking him to remove the brush before a fire is started is them taking action before it becomes a problem....unless you're suggesting the state should just come onto your land and take care of it for you
Firefighters: This guy's first house burned down, and now his second house is a fire hazard. He must clean it!!! William: "I mean.... the insurance will pay me again if it burns down, no?"
9:54 final frame is of some datura stramonium or angles trumpet, arguably the most intoxicating and poisonous plant known to man. Most animals know to avoid it but sometimes it's good practice to get rid of it especially if goats ever come around again. That also could explain some of their behavior but also could not, they were probably familiar with it by now.
The mnemonic device for the symptoms of devil's trumpet is pretty great: 'Blind as a bat, mad as a hatter, red as a beet, hot as a hare, dry as a bone, the bowel and bladder lose their tone, and the heart runs alone'
I'm guessing that for Lily and Michael's "Come to open sauce" they agreed to do a long awkward pause, that's why Lily looks directly into the camera, but then Michael does it immediately to mess with her. Or maybe I need to go outside at least once a month
TLDR: William gets told to clear brush around his home because it is a fire hazard. From a Wildland Firefighting stand point, their concern is valid. They don't want you to lose another home in another wildfire! 😊
William, I love you. That being said, open sauce at home was not a workable experience this year. I will stay but there has to be value. Hell, I would pay more for an open sauce at home ticket for any value. I love ypu bby but so far there is nothing for my payment. I stay supporting as of the moment for the vision of what is to be.
Of all the various arms of government and/or public services to listen to, firefighters and the NTSB are right at the top of the list. Strongly encourage following any intrusions either group ever gives you. That you’re in a position for them to need to give you instructions should be a source of alarm all on its own.
Castor oil was used commonly as a laxative in the 20s and 30s. Perhaps considering the proximity and maturity of the Datura at the burn pile it may explain some giddiness.
