Basement fireplace stone install. Our first time laying stone. This is manufactured (fake) stone; it came together alright.
We used Eldorado Stone Cliffstone Boardwalk manufactured stone: www.eldoradost...
Fireplace is the Fireplace Xtrordinair 564 Cleanface: www.fireplacex...
Hearth is Indiana Buff Limestone custom cut with, 2 1/4 inch thick.
We purchased everything at Light Bright Distributing in Trenton IL.

Indiana Buff Limestone. 2.25” thick. We had it custom cut.

I did it in four shots, each 1-3 hours, so maybe 10 hours. I am slow. Plus, since the stone is not natural, it cannot be cut, so a lot of time is spent trying to fit pieces into place nicely.
