So many settings to change. Wow! Nonetheless, it's probably a good idea to make said changes for security, adverts and to make your Firestick perhaps a little faster by turning off stuff running in the background. Thanks Tanya.
Great video I upgraded to 4k max and although I watched this video again all the security settings were set up the same except for developer options wich were hidden

Have you turned off automatic video resolution in Settings > Display & Audio > Display > Video Resolution If this keeps turning off your selection, please get in touch with Amazon to report it as a fault.
Hi Tanya, Any chance you can shed some light on an issue if possible please? All of a sudden, my amazon silk browser has stop allowing me to play any video content. Eveytime it's on the verge of loading up, it kicks me out and takes me back to the home firestick menu. I have done cache and cookies but still hasn't done anything.
@@FireTVSticks not quite sure exactly how much but I'm pretty sure it's more than half. I also reset it to see if that would solve it but still the same
@@ahmedzaman6027 Maybe your ISP is blocking the video? Have you tried a VPN? nordvpn.com/firetvsticks Have you tried other videos from other websites? If it still kicks you out, you must report it as a fault to Amazon.
