Are we not gonna talk about how players on the first 10 mvps team have 90+ three point ratings and there wasn’t even a three point line at that point??????
KD stayed there 9 or 10 years. They should've gotten a better coach to check westbrick ass and spent the measly ass 4 million dollars to keep harden. He should've left earlier imo
I thought that was an interesting one because on one hand the first 10 have like 3-4 players who are widely considered top 10 all time and the last 10 had only 2, but on the other some players like Bob Cousey most people think wouldn't even make the NBA today.
Would have been a better match up if you made it 12 players per team. Or even more. That way you could included Garnett and Duncan in the more recent team. And they wouldn’t have gotten destroyed in the paint.
Seeing the stats at the end really told the story. The first 10 MVPs clearly just played better team ball. Every game there would be like 8 or 9 guys with double digit points. The leading scorer would have in the low 20's and then everyone else had between like 11 and 19 points. Crazy. To bad the last 10 didnt have Shaq. I think that would have made a big diffrence.
Siyuan Shi LeBron is extremely loyal...he stayed with the cavs for 7 years. The cavs weren’t good and it was time to make a change to make a championship run. Kevin Durant left a perfectly capable team lol they just choked 3-1 against the warriors and then he decides to join the team that came back 3-1 that is pathetic and LeBron would never do that.
Both are actually in loyal tbh he might have stayed there but when things got bad or things stayed bad he left and it’s not like he got traded he decided to leave compare that to someone like mj or Kobe they stayed with the team there whole career and when things got bad they stayed there instead of switching even if there career was going to be affected I actually heard about this thing where someone was saying that the main mistake lebron was doing was his management would always try to trade people to fit lebron and someone was talking about that saying that is wrong because it puts pressure on the players like what if they didn’t work with lebron or someone couldn’t fit in his system lebron and his management would always try to find “Better Players” when they should just stick with the people they have and build a system that revolves around the whole team and not just lebron this is exactly the reason why when lebron leaves his teams are terrible the season after he leaves this isn’t about his impact this is about the fact that they build there system around lebron so when your main piece/player leaves unexpectedly when u build your team for him it’s turns your team into a terrible team
Also why kawhi won the championship in 2018-19 because in the start of the season he said this is the team for the season and they built a system for the team to thrive
Tf u mean how is that bs that’s the teams name and that’s one of the tings they say when they’re loyal for example I think kyrie his bio says I grew up a fan of Brooklyn there’s no way I’ll leave
Siyuan Shi like I already said kd left a team perfectly capable of making the finals they just choked a 3-1 lead and then kd proceeds to join the team that shit on him instead of getting his revenge? Like how does that sound remotely good? Lol
Haha, 2k really loves their centers. I hate to say it but the game over time evolves and people get better. Not to say that the first 10 players weren't legends in their time but there is a reason why there are new world records set every year. It's because over time people start picking up new trick and improving the game. I can't see the first 10 MVPs actually winning in a real game.
People don't consider that there's also an "inflation" of talent in sports... If Wilt for example played today, he will obviously adjust and train according to modern standards, and Kareem would be next to impossible with his sky hook
Wilt chamberlain the strongest most athletic center ever and as tall as shaq and one of the best mid range shooters in the 60s one of the first ten mvps you right kinda weird
Kobe would score 82 a game against those old geezers in the 60s. Lonzo Ball would be a hall of famer if her played back then lol players now are bigger faster & stronger
LMAO LITTLE KID. 60's game speed was 2x more faster than modern. And any modern player couldnt play there. Dont compare different generations and put some respect to old legends.
You're delusional son. The average NBA size of an NBA player in the 1950s - 1960s were 6'4 200, now it's 6'7 220. The average player shot 35% in 1960, now it's 45% that gap is much higher the taller the player is. There was no 3pt line so no way to judge that that other than Steph Curry's 3pt average being much higher that 35% lol. A child like you would say well what about the rebounds, but as your father I'd explain, son, they missed so many shot Wilt could average 100 rebounds a game if he wanted to. The 60s were so bad, players are making 10%+ more shots and still are getting more blocks and steals, so contrary to popular belief, they play more defense now than they did then. You'll say well the NBA was tougher then, it's so soft now (that's what she said). Well why did they shoot 15 more free throws per game in the 60s? A bunch of guys with 10inch verts would have no chance in today's league. Nice try though
@@BigChrisENT 1st of all, average height for 60s was 6,6 , not 6,4. Becuz of evolve of the game, now so many players score +45%. In 60s, layups and close range shots were used much more than mid-range. And i prefer you to watch 60s game. Game was fast af, and yeah u have a point that they missed so many due to heavy contested shots. And touch to the player means foul in our modern basketball. Im sure u didnt watch any game of 60s and their "fight". U also have a point that defence has improved and modern players can defend. But there is an aspect. Aspect is that they didnt need to do much defence, becuz they knew smaller guys would give the pass to taller and bigger one. So, only defence was blocking shots. U dont see other aspects, but thinking u are true. Lets talk about Wilt. Wilt is the ultimate athlete. He was great player who was ahead of his era. Only KAJ and Shaq can compete against him, but no any center can dominate as prime Wilt. Arnold S. confirms that he was one of the strongest man he ever met. At a party, he beat the greatest NFL runner back at the race. Not once, not twice, but triple times. We dont even need to talk about his stamina. Modern players cant even play more than +40 minutes (mostly). U also have to calculate that 60s were much much more faster than modern era, so we can understand that modern players could only play less than 25 minutes. Modern players are stronger becuz they use modern training suppliments and other fitness programs. But what about Wilt? If Wilt used those suppliments, no one could beat him. And please, learn some shit bout old school.
@@jvdnfthzd1335 I've watched the old NBA. There were only 8 teams and they played 75 games each. Stars had ridiculous stats because they were playing against bums that would lose to an AAU team today. The defense was so atrocious they had 25+ more possessions per game but still figured out how to score less points. Andre Drummond would get 30 rebounds per game in these days with all those bricks. Now with. I love Wilt. One of my favorite players but c'mon man. He shot 51% freethrows. Not only would he get hacked to death and be an offensive liability, then when Luka us busting his ankles up in transition, and Embiid is hitting 3s in his face, or Durant is taking him off the dribble and dunking on him constantly, he'd be a defensive liability. I'm sure he didn't have to worry about Russell pulling up from 40 on him while he's looking silly like Dwight Howard. And how'd that battle turn out. I'm sure Arnold would admit people are much stronger today. I'm sure he wouldn't want to go pound for pound in his prime with Shawn Rhoden, Phil Heath, or Ronnie Coleman. I'm also sure those guys running 10.25 100m in the 60s wouldn't know what to do when they get on the track with Usain Bolt running a 9.58. I'm sure you can find a rookie in the NFL that could pull off a 10.25. So saying he was fast and strong against slower weaker people is silly. It's ok. Times have changed. They were the best in the world then but the talent is far greater now and science, evolution, it's not even close T
@@BigChrisENT LMAO, as i said. U dont count other aspects. Saying Embiid would put 3s to his face and KD could dunk on him? I SAID THAT HE WOULD USE SAME TRAINING PROGRAMS AND SUPPLIMENTS AS THEY DO, AND WILT WOULD HAVE DESTROYED GIANNIS'S FREAK ASS. U DUNNO SHIT ABOUT WILT'S DEFENCE. 7,1 MONSTER+7,8 WINGSPAN. THINK ABOUT HIS BLOCKS +40 VERTICAL INCH. I WAS SPEAKING ABOUT JIM BROWN AND MOST CALL HIM AS GREATEST RUNNING BACK AND ONE OF THE FASTEST. OMFG U DONT HAVE AN OPTION WTF IM TALKIN' 'BOUT
Take the video where you made 15 of the best players on one squad but instead have only one of each with the rest being 40 overall players. Let's find out which NBA player is more capable of carrying a bunch of scrubs to finals. In other words, who is the best leader/alpha DAWG
