I'm looking to improve on the designs (animation / overall drawings) for the next videos. Was there something appealing about the rough and amateurish drawings that drew you in or was it more so the content that kept you watching this video? Please let me know!

I Love it, because it's very unique. Don't change it. Add music and sound effects. Sound - is very a powerful thing. Also, an extra way to express your uniqueness. It will put way more life into your amazing videos. Thumbnail - just wow.. Keep the same style. Your are doing very well my friend.

I finished the video, and it felt very personable. I think your story feels genuine, but what I felt was missing was some more specifics, which maybe opens up more videos. For example - with your floor and ceiling goals, how did you accomplish those in the gym? What were you like physically before starting to get back in the gym, and what has been your progress? I guess, boiling it down to walking as well, why do you think being outside was one of the sole reasons you started to drag yourself out of your rut? Because at the end of this video, I felt the call to action was to go outside and walk - but why? Maybe because if you’re stuck in life, getting yourself into motion, with something as simple as walking, puts your life in motion? Idk just some thoughts, hope this helps and thank you for sharing your story!

If any women are watching this who struggle with consistency, don’t forget we have a hormonal cycle every month that affects our energy, motivations, and whole brain! Try doing consistency aligned with your cycle, monthly, based on how you feel each week/phase of your cycle. Ex: Follicular/ovulation - focus on high energy tasks like gym, starting new projects, socializing, traveling. Luteal/menstrual - focus on low energy like skincare, easy healthy meals, finishing up projects, resting, reading, etc.

Before you do that, think about it are there any people that remotely care about you? I know its one of the hardest things in your life. But you can do it! As someone who LIVED this 'process' already and came out of anxiety/fear/depression I can ONLY say: YES! This is a good guide, lovely drawn (I mean it) and accurate. Especially the last step, taking a walk every day was a complete gamechanger for me. I also tried a lot of things during this 'exploration time' I gave myself. Such as drawing or singing. Both were super fun, both helped me a lot, but neither sticked to me 'til today. It was part of the process and thats absolutely fine. Wish you lots of love and good luck on your journey :)

anxiety sure, going into social places increasing in intensity is logical like any other thing that you practice in life, depression simply no, the problem is the fact that those options aren't even realistic to you, or even if they are you feel like doing them will result in nothing especially if you tried things in the past. i literally walk to work, draw, play basketball sometimes, go clubbing and to festivals, it did absolutely nothing for my depression, or just tuned it out a bit, everyone is different, advice is ok to give but not to advertise as woohoo this thing works do it guys, just do it. if it feels like i'm attacking it's because people like you made depression into a cool mainstream thing to be, which is not, you don't get out of depression by fcking walking and drawing bro... you were just sad, like any normal human, maybe for an extended period but certainly not depression.

Easy to say, hard to do. Imagine being a industrial worker, working for 8hr + 2hr for commute. Working so hard, ur company is making engine parts. Everywhere is many dust, smog, at summer is so fcking hot because roof is made by metal. You back to home after one of the shifts ( there's 3, morning, afternoon and night) You just have some hours of free time. Your dreams about being soldier falls down bcs your vision is incorrect, you trying to get better job - there is no replay, silence.... You get frustrated. Begining to ask yourself - what I did wrong? - I was one of best students in my class, haven't go to univeristy bcs I really want to be a soldier - unfortunetlly I was fucked up. Your mind is began thinking about give up, family doesn't understand you, you dont have any friends (expect of job friends, but I dont want to share my feelings), you are feeling so useless, then suicide thoughts come to your mind....

After endlessly watching content to get better, and how to do it, procrastinating on actually getting better, by watching more of "get better" content - this video gave me a amazing set of cliffnotes. Every step, a great reminder. And the process beeing so relatable. I m trully thankfull for that.

So true. A lot of “friends” that we make throughout our life are only there to meet us where we are currently at. Once we move past that, a lot of those people will fade away because they can no longer meet you where you are at. Because you are somewhere else, and they are in the same place.

part of getting out of the lows in your life is realizing it’s okay to admit that you are the problem. Relationships are a two way exchange, and while we hope for people who will unconditionally care for us, it’s not always healthy for someone else to chase after your wellbeing- especially if you’re not showing that you care for it yourself.

Hey man, I've started a podcast on recovery from rock bottom and it would be amazing to talk to you. Really, really related to this. I was super impatient with the climb up from rock bottom. My brain thought it would be like climbing a really tall ladder but it was actually like a hike: small but noticeable jumps but nothing like 20ft all at once. I had my expectations way out of line, it really is about getting slightly better with cornerstone habits every day. PS congrats on your first 100 subs

My partner, bless their soul, sent me this yesterday after the worst mental break ive ever had. I cried for every moment I had air in my lungs for over 20 hours, had panic attacks and had some thoughts I'm not totally comfortable repeating here, and when I had finally calmed down i was met with this. I thought in my hopeless and negative mental state it would be some "just do this to fix it all" type of video but it wasn;t. It was something I can understand even in my admittedly low state. I already cleaned up my bedroom, vacuumed the floor in there too! I know its not a short or simple path but I'm motivated this time to stop feeling the way I do. Thank you.

I've spent the past 4 years with chronic illness, and have been recently trying to improve myself, so this video really spoke to me. I think there's a point where, after you're bedbound or housebound for so long, it stops being the illness keeping you that way, but your own mindset now won't let you out. You're stuck, deteriorating and rotting away in a prison that a large chunk is self-made. I've lost relationships with many friends to my deteriorating mental state, becoming negative and full of brainrot. I love the idea of the ceiling and floor goals, and will be implementing them into how I structure my own goals. As for the video, I clicked for the content title, but the rough animation had charm too. I think longer frames would make things easier to digest, as well as doing the repeating 3-frame animation thingy you did for one of the calender parts, that looked really good. Amazing video man, can't wait for more.
