This is not median housing for this area, it's not affordable and economically obsolete. Now, how to make sense of why this is improvement considering they are pushing builders out of the market? What about their careers? Guess that doesn't matter to all the people giving our jobs away. Thanks.

I wonder how the union carpenters feel about this that China is taking their place we only need operators now.

Low this over time, low that over time, affordability at SOME point over time.... Come on. She doesn't even believe what she's saying.

They should just print off a few billion since it's so easy. just push the little red button that says *Print* and a home is created just like that

I hoped that the 70 six-year-old woman who has landed would consider welling people with tiny houses live in her neighborhood and I wish that. There would be political action to let people have tiny houses in Detroit.

It is too expensive. I need affordability right now not over the long-term .. How long I will even keep my job here? It is said that people move about every seven years.

It's unfortunate that there is such a trend of people bouncing meaning nobody has a home and nobody is willing to invest and stay home everybody you mention that have bounced were the weak ones and they are not Detroit for they keep bouncing Detroit like a bad check.
