This is not median housing for this area, it's not affordable and economically obsolete. Now, how to make sense of why this is improvement considering they are pushing builders out of the market? What about their careers? Guess that doesn't matter to all the people giving our jobs away. Thanks.

It's unfortunate that there is such a trend of people bouncing meaning nobody has a home and nobody is willing to invest and stay home everybody you mention that have bounced were the weak ones and they are not Detroit for they keep bouncing Detroit like a bad check.
