I have completed my first 7 days of my 60 days gut cleansing. I wanted to do this to get more control over my mood, emotions and feel better overall. In this video I take you all along why I decided to do this and take you along on a daily basis of how I experience this all.

Thank you so much! Yeah one step at the time, but seeing the progress from January and April from this year I can only be happy that the work is paying

Thanks for sharing your noticed changes and experiences of your first seven days of cleansing. Very interessting! May I asked where you got your recipes for your soups? Or did you just chose it by yourself and with the knowledge of your research? How much soup do you eat during the day? Just one meal (soup) and just tea and fruits during the day (from 12 am to 6 or 8 pm)? Yeah, I personally definitely also wouldn't go without proteine as well. (In my case just plant based (edit: and cheese *forgot about that protein 😅*- several years ago I had been living vegan for about 5 years, but went back to vegetarian 🫤😭) and additionally some eggs if I feel the need for it - I really do mean: FEEL the need - I also do kinda believe in intuitive eating). Know it's (proteine) kind heavy for the gut but also would just need it otherwise I know I wouldn't 'make it' through the process in a GOOD mentally and physically state and 'mood'. And, as you said, well, decipline is nice and helpful, but you won't stress your gut and also your whole body and mind toooooo much. It should also feel positive and not like torture 😊. Edit: well, garlic 😍, never go without it - okay, maybe a day before you see your dentist ;)). There are people outside who do not like and/or eat garlic and onions 😲🥺 I def.with this would have a problem with my cooking habbits 😅. .. I liked your video very much and it ispired me as well. Also, I already mentioned in another comment, you inspired me to start again with quitting processed sugar. Well see 🙃.
