Thank you for this video. I was 2 sec away from putting wd40 on it. I was able to clear the issue with some thinner. You saved me making horrible mistake.
Sorry for delay in replying.... I don't track this video any more. I suffer the same problem and it is to do with the o ring around the airvalve pin at the top of the airvalve mechanism. They changed it in 2011 for a Teflon one as the rubber ones kept distorting in shape causing the pin to get trapped. A simple solution is to unscrew the airvalve mech. a quarter turn from tight. This will take the pressure away and solve you problem.
I find biggest prob with all airbrushes is the trigger ther not smooth they all stick or they will spit I’m going to try putting some cleaner on the needle and move back and fourth till cleaning really don’t think that the problem as I clean a lot but I’m gonna try that thanks for the tip
