Sorry to take your time for a simple question. I am new to this game. Can you tell me what the meaning of shinbis passive ability is? It says: basic attacks deal an additional 12 (+16%) magical on hit I don't understand how many attacks and until when it remains active.

Sure. im streaming soon and can explain in person then as well. but essentially Shinbis basic attack periodically gets a booth of damage. this passive is called biting melody. when the ability is off cooldown and you hit someone with a basic attack it will do 12 physical + 16% of your magical damage. the passive goes on cooldown and wont activate again for a small amount of time. just look at the time remaining on the ability
