Hi, check the tracking number on your postal receipt. If it shows delivered then you don’t need to worry. They might take time to send you email.

Hi, it’s your current passport, all old passports and citizenship certificate or birth certificate. Once you have completed the form, depending on your answers they will tell you what documents to send to Passport office.

Hello, once you start filling up the online form it asks about your current nationality and passport. Depending on your answer it guides you what documents you need. Alternatively ,it’s better you ask any solicitor about it. Application procedure and fees might be different for spouse of EEA national and spouse of British Citizen.

They ask the person to verify your name,date of birth,photo,address,your relation with that person and for how long you know the person. The person needs to provide his/her British passport no. and other professional details. If Passport Officer refuse the person,they will tell you to provide another person’s details who can verify your identity.They will give you chance to choose someone else.

Hi, you need to pass the life in the UK test before you can apply for your Indefinite Leave to Remain in UK. When you apply for British Citizenship you will need the pass report again. And it is not required during UK passport application.

I think it would be wise to ask another person who does a professional job

Hi, you should apply for ‘Indefinite Leave to Remain’ if you have already completed 10 years/ 5 years in the UK. After receiving your Indefinite Leave to Remain you should wait for 1 year and then apply for Naturalisation Certificate.

Hello dear,they basically check if you are the genuine person who made the application.Your answers should match the information you already provided such as your name, birth date,current address,old addresses,profession or details of your parents.You should also know the details of your referral person.If you were not born here,they might ask about your entry date,citizenship ceremony details.Good luck for the interview.

@Westernlights does it have to be an actual signature because my parents applied online and the person that confirmed my details etc also done it online

@mrdripz1095 For online application,the referral person confirms your identity online without signing and it’s completely fine.

When you complete applying online, they’ll tell you what documents to send them. I recently renewed my child’s passport and they didn’t ask to send parents’ passports. They might ask for a birth certificate.

Hello, thanks for watching the video. It took 7 days, HM passport office received my documents on 1st December and they approved my passport application on 7th December. I received my passport by post within 2 days from their approval.

Hello, as far as I know you might need to make a new application rather than renewing as your passport is expired over 10 years and provide a proof that you are a British Citizen. When you start filling up your application form online it guides you what to do next depending on your answer.

@@Westernlights so does that mean when i come to the question of have you had a uk passport before should i click no because it doesnt give an option of saying it expired?
