As a dude with long hair but bad skin, this takes BALLS. Some blemishes uncovered, but honestly idk it looks good, the cut gives him totally a different vibe and I know that shits 10x easier to get ready
I think the fade looks great on you. I think a bit more on top would make it look better where you can still add some texture with some product with minimal effor.

Ngl for the best buzz cuts especially with modern twists you want to run a low fade or just a taper, 4-3 on top 3-2 on sides and back. If you want it to stand out dye it, if you want a clean look line up just the sides but honestly leaving the buzz “natural” seems to look the best rn
His hair was to die for but I absolutely understand how exhausting styling your hair can be. My hair is the complete opposite of compliant and it was hell on earth trying to style it
