Actually staying this hotel at the moment hotel looks good from the outside and the inside But the rooms a basic not 4 star more 2 star arrive yesterday at the reception first thing this morning for change of room going to look another room tomorrow Whent for breakfast this morning had better if you want a nicer cup of coffee u have to pay extra its looks money is the only thing that counts here whach your video but have you actually stayed here , I can walk around a car park And make it look good
@@jas9377 hi Jas we had a sea view room which we loved, but yes it can be expensive, hopefully you will get the room change you want tomorrow. I have not used any special effects or fancy equipment on the video straight out my phone like the videos prior to this one and I definitely don’t set out to dramatise the videos in any shape or form hopefully you will get sorted 👍
After seeing this I changed my booking, so thankful for this video and can't wait to arrive at this beautiful place. So much better than what I had originally booked

We went to the Hotel twice once at Christmas time and the summer before. Was an amazing place to stay at clean and tidy spotless. Clean rooms. Fresh towels every day. Food was amazing. Staff excellent service. Can't wait to go back again sometime..

Hi Graham thank you for your comment, we never experience this when we were there, a standard of such a prestigious hotel should be a high standard all the time thanks for your view it helps out anybody reading these comments in the future, hopefully it was something the hotel addressed it would be nice for someone else to comment also if they have had a similar experience as yourself thank you for your comment again and watching the video
Hello thank you for your question and watching the video, the food in the buffet restaurant is amazing you have plenty to choose from and the staff are fantastic and the restaurant is spotless Hola, gracias por tu pregunta y por ver el video, la comida en el restaurante buffet es increíble, tienes mucho para elegir y el personal es fantástico y el restaurante está impecable
Stayed there in April 2024 on my own. Nice hotel, rooms ok but too big and impersonal. Never saw the same staff twice. Restaurant like a canteen. Convenient for promenade but I thought that it was just like Blackpool with sun. Not impressed with Costa Adeje. Big manufactured resort.
