@@zacghent8564 Hello, We booked through this website: Baolau Booking. more info. you can also check the Thai State Railway official website: Thai State Railway. The price depends on the website, and even at the station, the price is different. Have a good day and Good luck! 😊
Thank you for watching our video. Yes, there is a lift at the station to take you up to the platform, but this is only available at newer, larger stations. Additionally, some stations have a significant gap between the platform and the station, requiring passengers to either descend or climb up to board the train. Please be cautious, as Chiang Mai station does not have the same level alignment between the train and platform. (Bangkok - Bang Sue Grand Station is ok.) ☺ Have a nice journey!
Hello! Thank you for watching our video. First-class tickets tend to sell out quickly, which may be why you're having trouble finding them. The best advice is to purchase them at least a month in advance when tickets go on sale. Typically, tickets are only available for purchase 30 days before the travel date. Before that period, tickets are not yet available for purchase. Just one more point, if you like travelling by train you can also have a look at our 2nd channel called: @travel-by-train. 🙂 Have a good day
@@hassanalihusseini1717 Hello, Thank you for watching our video. The train is number 9, which has a first-class sleeper cabin. We wrote more details in the description. We hope that helps you. Have a nice day!😊
@@zacghent8564 Hello, Thank you for your comment. For the first-class sleeper train, we paid 1,723 THB through the website. For second class, we paid 1,053 THB at the station. These are the prices we paid, but they might change. Have a good day!☺
Thank you for watching our video! We're not certain if the restaurant car on the train offers a vegetarian menu. However, they do serve seasonal fruits, like watermelon or pineapple, depending on availability. As for train tickets, you can purchase them online through a few different companies. For more information, you can visit the official website of the State Railway of Thailand: dticket.railway.co.th/DTicketPublicWeb/home/Home Have a great trip!☺
Hello, thank you for watching our video. We give 8 over 10 points as we are train enthousiastes. We love train very much. Also, if you like train we invite you to check our 2nd channel call: @travel-by-train. We hope you will enjoy it. 🙂 Have a nice day
Hi. Do you still need to personally claim your boarding pass in the office or station (like booking with 12Go)? Or is the E-ticket in the mobile phone enough to board the train?
Thank you for watching our video. Actually we can not answer to your question correctly as The Thailand Train Company as change its policy recently. Also, if you are interested in Thailand train you can have a look at our 2nd channel, called: @travel-by-train. Have a nice day ! 🙂
@@TRAVEL.HIGHLIGHTS It's okay. Thank you for replying. Subscribed to Travel by Train. Hope you can do an updated Bangkok to Chiang Mai first class sleeper train travel on board Train No. 9. :) Safe travels! :)
The Tao Bin machines... My favourite vending machines... And I love to collect turtles. 🙂 You seem to be like a railway fan, so am I. But here in Thailand honestly I prefer second class sleeper over first class. More privacy when travelling alone. Nothing better than laying in your "sleeping cave" (lower berth of course) and looking outside from the window. It feels so good! Thank you for the video.
Thank you for watching our video and sharing your experience. We also had an experience staying in second class sleeper that was fun too, and a video about it will be coming soon. If you are a railway enthusiast, please check out our second channel, @Travel-by-Train. We hope you like it. Take care and have a nice day! 😊
Thank you for watching our video. To answer your question, we booked through this website: booking.baolau.com/en/. Please note that you can reserve your ticket up to 30 days before your planned date. However, due to its popularity, it tends to sell out quickly. Good luck, and have a great trip! ☺
I rode the sleep train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai ten years ago. The price was about the same as an airline ticket. The beds were narrow and hard. The ride was noisy and bumpy. Too many stops and announcements to sleep. We arrived in Chiang Mai very early in the morning and were very tired.
Hello, thank you for watching our video... It's was intersting to try watermelon with salt 🤣🤣🤣Also, if you have time to see more videos about traveling by train we invite you to have a look at our 2nd channel called: @travel-by-train 🙂 Have a nice day
