I like how the guy at the stall gave nightcrawler a pat on the head like he's an affectionate puppy. 😊😇 Does nightcrawler give anyone else cute aggression? He's so cute. I just wanna squeeze him. 🥰😍😇🤗🫂😇
Yeah i haven't watched the show and i dont mind spoilers and I'm inpatient so lay it on me, what happens? This the episode where magneto bangs rogue infront of gambit? Or the sentinels attack?
I straight up love nightcrawler. Before gambit was my favorite, i was obsessed with nightcrawler. I dont know why, he was so charming in Xmen: evolution. I loved his character on wolverine and the X-men, and i loved his live action version starring alan cumming. But man, his 90s version is also incredible despite his lack of episodes. But i also love how hes so cheerful in xmen 97. Despite myself being an atheist, i actually like the fact that nightcrawler is catholic. Just like daredevil, who is also a favorite of mine. The fact they are the way they are makes me curious about catholicism and I can always appreciate it when either character is on the screen.
As a Catholic myself, they're pretty accurate representations, at least in comparison to most Catholic representation in media. If you have any questions, I'm available. Like Nightcrawler, I love sharing, but I don't have any expectations. 😊
@@WordWisp interesting. Well here are some things. 1. Were you raised catholic or did you decide that? Me personally, im an atheist but grew up Christian. But I gave up that life. Mainly because I kept questioning things and things didn't make any sense to me anymore. And what kind of Christian questions what he's being taught? Seems rather counterintuitive. 2. What would you say is something underrepresented, misrepresented, or commonly misunderstood about catholicism? 3. What do you think is the best and worst aspects of being catholic? 4. Have you ever questioned your religion? I have done that a lot. Like, if God is all-powerful, why wouldn't he make the world perfect like how he would likely want it? That sort of thing. A lot of questionable details. 5. In shows like daredevil, which is a comic book show that I absolutely love; how accurate would you say the catholicism is represented? 6. Let's say you and I met in person, purely random. How would you try to go about wanting me to try to become catholic? Because for me, im a guy who loves his freedom, I'm an anarchist, and i question a lot if it doesn't make sense to me. Thing is, I've kinda always been an atheist, I just identified as a Christian until I learned what atheism was and decided to give up being Christian. 7. What do you think is something people often assume about catholicism whether it's correct or not?
I know people are losing their minds over Kurt getting pet like a cat, but he FULLY lowers his head for it too. Like, he's ASKING. And it happens without comment or question from a random unnamed store owner. It's a common occurrence. Do with that what you will :)
I love the writing in X-men 97 cause this scene does fit everyone character but it was such a red herring. I thought the episode was going to be about gambit finding all the hidden problems beneath the surface of genosha society. …..Nope.
@@solblackguy sadly true. It was a good show. I'd rather see live action snow white, 50 shades of grey, madame web, and avatar: the way of water get canceled in hopes of a continuation for wolverine and the X-men.
Wellll lemme stop you right there yes she did pick magneto over gambit (still mad about that) but they were never together in the first place and it was only till last second were she mourned for him
@@Theone_andonlypookieWhich man are you talking about? If about Magneto, then there are no questions, and if about Gambit, then alas, he was never her man. What right does she have to call a man like that, whose heart she broke and destroyed all those years they had together. Rogue did nothing for this relationship and yes, they had a relationship. At the very beginning, Gambit says, "you didn't want a formal relationship, and I respected that," but they had informal ones. Although perhaps Gambit thought so, because he did everything for the sake of this unscrupulous woman. And also, she wasn't taking revenge on Remy, he wouldn't want that. She was avenging herself because she was selfish. She should have been with her family at the time of the funeral, not flying headlong. She didn't even visit his grave. She's the nastiest character on the show.
Probably told that "the mutants originally habitated the island 3000 years ago, so it's their land" and then either kicked out of their homes, killed, or ended up in open air concentration camps. Y'know, the usual western style. Jokes aside, the story feels familiar with some of the recent events.
@@yusufcoskun7914honestly you strike me as somebody who would be at a pro-arab protest while not actually knowing what your protesting about, why don't you actually crack open the history book before you make dumbass comments. I suggest the Palestine delusion, maybe it'll wake you up out of yours.
@@yusufcoskun7914 Genosha was uninhabited until the 16th century, and then got passed around by the dutch, english, and french until it gained independence in the 60s, after which it started using mutants as slaves. the story is similar to recent events, but you've got the victim and perpetrator swapped. Free Palestine. Magneto was right.
Kurt is a ladies' man. When he was training to be a priest, he was taught to be a gentleman around ladies and they really like it. He just also really likes to have fun because he was raised by gypsies who owned a circus.
How is he ruined? He's acting just like the Nightcrawler we know and love from the comics. And if he's able to make me wanna fuck him, then he's perfect. This show has passed the test!💙
@@yotaotenki1228 You will find the answer by watching the 90's series of which this series is supposed to be the continuation. I also admit that in the following chapters they balanced the character a little, but in this chapter he is totally incoherent, even with the more adjusted personality that he has exactly in the following chapter.
