During the summer months and longer daylight hours, beavers can be seen at dawn and dusk. At dawn they will be doing a few final jobs, having a snack etc, before retiring to their lodge. At dusk they start waking and getting ready for the night's work.
This is the first time this year that I have started to see them in daylight - what a joy and supported by the soundtrack of dawn!
