We're back in Thailand and went to go see the nicest Thai lady we know!
This video is different from our normal vlogs but so special because she took time off to take us around. We were so touched.

I grew up in that Bangrak district in 1970s. The area is historic, many old pop-and-mom food shops. The herb drinks shop at 15:00 is actually my close friend’s shop, he & his sister make herb juices every day. 😄Those fish cakes at 13:00 are my favorite. Yummy 😋😋

Hey Caroline/Antoni, came across your channel late so I had to go back to watch the "FIRST TIME in Thailand" episode now. How do you both feel about Thailand now versus 3 months ago? From that episode things sounded foreign to you. For example, FX/denomination , the ridiculous # of designer malls, etc. Just curious. Also traveling with Bruno for short stay must be tough? In any case safe journeys.

Hello! 😃 Honestly, we’re glad to be in Thailand. In comparison to our very first time video and the one we just filmed recently being back in Thailand it’s such a different feeling. Looking back definitely reminds us of how much we’ve grown since. Time flies! We still love Thailand til this day! We have a video upcoming in the near future explaining why we decided to make Thailand our home 😉 There’s more to Thailand than just the designer malls. Also, traveling with Bruno can be challenging but to us he’s family and definitely worth it 😃 We’re just happy that in Bangkok Thailand, there are a lot of pet accessible items/vets/boarding and etc. Thank you so very much for your interest and checking up on us! 🥰❤️🫰🙏

We took a Bolt to the destination to Fat & Angry in Bang Rak. You can also take Silom Line via BTS. Everywhere we went was walking distance to each other 😃

Another recommendation, Mungkorn Seafood buffet. I’ve heard a lot of good quality of seafoods with really good price there =). By the way, i think only locals know about this great restaurant.

"Mieang Kum" That cone of herbs is absolute amazing!!!! Thai people also use other leaves such as Wildbetal leaves, Lotus leaves to make the cone. And it's a bomb of favors in your mouth.

Real Pad Thai will appear to be overcooked compare to stir fried noodle dish. Its suppose to be a little wet due to the cooking method of pad Thai is not really stir fry but rather boil the rice noodle in the sauce until cooked. So if you see someone stir fry pad thai like stir fry noodle then the cooking is not Authentic

@@ChovyTravel there are Pad Thai cousin called ผัดหมี่ โคราช or Pad mee Korat from Korat Province and ผัดไท ไชยยา or Pad Thai Chi Ya from Surattani Province that cook the same methods. Cooking the dry rice noodle in the sauce then add other ingredients. Please try them.
