The progress you've made is excellent!! It's very interesting to see that the conditioning needed to be a pro athlete is so far beyond us normal non-athletic slobs or even a weekend sports warrior. I'm like: Hey! I got out of bed today !!! Ah, cup of coffee elbow bends.

So there's a GOOD chance Trevor comes back for the playoffs, even if it's just as a bullpen arm. First, the Baystars need to lock in the final wild card spot, then win the wild card series against Hiroshima.

Not related to this video, but typing as I watch it. Thanks to these Japanese vlogs I've been able to break my daughters glove in using techniques they did all day ready for her game tonight. Someone took her glove yesterday. Safe to say, these saved the day. Thank you for all the videos you do.

I had an injury with my hip flexor, it’s the weirdest injury ever. I hit the ball and I just could not run, I was going to second and my coaches thought I was goofing around. It’s a weird one, you just out of nowhere can’t do things you can always do without even thinking about it.
