Sad, similar event happened recently to my Mk6, one of the injectors stuck open while cruising on the highway and the motor hydro locked, trashed the entire motor. I had a IE shortblock with upgraded internals dumped in mine, expensive for sure ...
@@gtiman67 hopefully you're back in action soon, I went the APR route front to back with the K04 turbo kit (now on my IE block) with upgraded APR valve springs, APR RSC turbo back with the APR FMIC (also added a Snow performance meth kit). (APR flash on the ECU and TCU) It's a fun little car for sure 😃
