First day of Corn with Davis Land and Grain 

Matt Davis has been a close friend and customer of mine for 9+ years. This footage was recorded the first day of corn harvest while Matt chased after 5+ truck loads of corn under 30 % moisture to try and grab some bonus early contracts that were available.
Chris Stover was running trucks along with Matt's Uncle Al and Darryl Skipper was running the grain cart.
The new combine is a 2020 Claas Lexion 8700TT and is paired with a new 12-30 folding chopping corn head from Scholten's Equipment.
In 260bu wet corn at 28-32% the 8700 was running 4.5-5mph and doing over 4500bu and hour.
