Probably late, but what helps me stay up after suhoor (kids wake up at 7 for school) is have your food plus at least 8 oz coffee…helps me get through the day until my youngest naps and then I can nap to reenergize for the 2nd half of the day lol.

خبز التورتيلا كثير يكون رائع مع الشورما وتعملين فطيرة البيض بخبز التورتيلا وتلفين وتصبح فطيره اي تضعين الزيت والبيض وترمين خبز التورتيلا على البيض وتضعين الغطاء وتخفضين النار حتى لايحرق مع عصائر يكون سحور أو فطور.

A little tip you might not know, if you are struggling to get the lid of any jar or bottle like the vanilla when you made the overnight oats, just let the hot water tap run for a few seconds, tip the jar upside down and put the lid of the jar under the hot water….keep turning the jar under the running water. Do this for a minute or so and it should loosen the lid and make it easier to open 👍🏻
