@@CapzL all hype for vhs has died. And it wasnt much hype to.begin with. Theyll need a huge marketing push to do anything against dbd, which some ppl seem to think is a good thing
I remember chat's reaction the first time you took over the car and just drove off from the survivors everyone started laughing their asses off, honestly I hope this game stays in your lineup it was entertaining to watch and its fun to play.
@@shotgunammo it was my first time seeing the game and i saw all the options and fell in love with the game. Then i just watched true stumble around lol.
I'm really loving this game really thinking about dropping Dbd for this game its really fun and if you outplay survivors you actually get rewarded for your hard effort and killer/demon actually feels like a killer and not a push over for survivors to bully
Dbd use to be my most played game dropped it 2 years back because of all the problems and haven't played since. This game is definitely a better replacement in my opinion
The first thing the game told you was how to possess survivors. I spent the whole video wondering why you weren't possessing that super armored Ash and using him to kill the rest of them...
Always use your threat level points, hit tab and level up. At level 10 always get the boss because that's your strongest summon even if you haven't leveled it up or have any perk points in bosses. The demonic charge, C button, fears survivors and gives you infernal energy. Possessing cars is a giant waste of infernal energy unless you are preventing them from getting to objectives. Also use your summons on top of the objectives so they push the survivors off, using them outside of the circle is a waste because the minions sometimes just stand around since their aggro range is low. If you stand on the objective once it's spawned you gain insane amounts of infernal energy recharge.
Agreed. Solo, I’ve only got a handful of people to communicate, and those games were a lot more fun. But most of the time, they’re mute and the games felt like a drag. So sometimes, solo is more fun than DBD solo, but most the time, it’s somehow worse
@@PrestoUrDead_YT if the playerbase doesn't dry out that is. Asymmetrical genre is still very small and not very mainstream, and with a big dog already in it 95% of attention will still be on DBD, just because it has the widest appeal especially with its licences. While this won't go out like F13 did, I'm guessing there's a good chance that'll just fall off in the same amount of time that game did. Especially with the demon gameplay, most people want to be one powerhouse as a killer, not playing some tactical masterplan simulator. It's gonna be hard to market that. I mean look at RE resistance, that pretty much had no intrest at all, and that was from a larger IP. This game does look good from the prospective of someone who likes asymmetrical gameplay, and I'd agree, but unfortunately looking at the past of this genre, I don't see any sort of mainstream appeal, and that is what truly keeps something alive when there's already a mainstream hit on the market. At best I'd say this game will have very little growth past a year or two. At worst, well, let's hope not.
You somehow accidentally stumbled into a win. That was amazing to watch. I kept bitching to my wife about all the stuff you were missing and then bam, you get your act together.
it's shocking how much that happens. i was preparing for the final battle once, 400 yards from the survivors and they started dying to what i can guess are traps i set before teleporting. it was so funny cause only one survived and he couldnt revive anyone so he had to 1v1 me instead.
@@ken-yv3id it's looking great so far. I haven't tried being Evil yet. Some people have some crazy good tactics so far, then others just oops their ways into winning, good side or bad.
@@oldman1111 it's a lot of macro management. It's very fun and even when you lose you usually have a good game because there's so much you get to do. Playing survivor first is important because then you know how they'll typically behave. It's way better than playing killer on dbd for me
I don’t why people keep focusing on the objective when there’s a boss, or possessing happening. That’s how the teams I’ve been playing with keep losing. Underestimating the killer, Dbd mentality I swear.😤🙄😑😮💨😅
If ya want an easy win in this game then yea play that demon. If you want to actually get good at being a demon play any other choice. We all are sick of seeing the easy spam necro demon 👌🏻 thnx
That person who is playing as ash really and seriously needs to stop using hacks or cheats to win.. that's exactly what that player is doing he or she is cheating.
Completely different from DBD. So different that I really don't see them as direct competitors. The importance of team work required in this game is crucial.
@@kieranpearson5096 lol ok. A map size 10x the size of any DBD map. Forced to stay and play together or suffer active debuff, survivors use weapons and can fight back, can drive vehicles, killer isn't a static single killer instead more of a dungeon master, an rpg esque leveling system, etc ..... Yeah sorry for being completely false on the comparisons.
I honestly like it. Kinda reminds me of that 4v1 resident evil game that died. The survivors are fun to play and demon is challenging, but also fun. It just needs some polishing and some hot fixes and it should be fine for now.
The kiss of death for that game was it being a forced bundle and also not new player friendly. It was great fun while it lasted though. Hopefully this game learns from the lessons of those that failed before it.
This is the competition to DBD... kinda lacking, this game is gonna die or have a very small community of players. I promise you this is not what people are looking for. Evolve was way cooler to bad 2k are money hungry. Problem with DBD is balanceing, the removal of tiers in perks, ADD Loadouts, with a couple of quality of life updates search bar. Go back over old content and redo animations on moris or have a better animation per lvl of mori, more customization(menu, load screens, icons, music) emotes, weekend events. Would definitely help for a start. Sounds impossible its not Behaviour needs to know what we want..let em know.
This game is really fun. From what I learned necromancer was really fun, puppeteer is more of a challenge and I haven't tried warlord yet because meh just looks a lil to regular for me. Warlord reminds me of left for dead lol I'll even sometimes spare the last person left n let em revive the team to draw out the match longer 🤣
1. Some survivors can take more damage than others, but if catch an isolated support class you can down them without much effort 2. My biggest issue with this is that there is a lot of dead space. Some variety will be very important in a few weeks. 3. The fear system really makes it tricky to split up, but over time I think survivors will start doing this as time goes on.
ok, have you ever played f13 the game bc it has all 3 of these things and that game was perfectly fine, if you're comparing it to dbd than ye I would see why these may come off as problems.
@@CapzL I agree, DBD and this game are very different, rather than looping you (I think) fight back, which changes several aspects and makes them completely incompatible games. This is probably what this community needs because we've seen how DBD has a broken foundation.
Aw Elijah did my opinion offend you? I think the game looks shitty. Map is massive, doesn’t seem straight forward. Game seems shitty to me. If you couldn’t tell, I wasn’t insulting true... wasn’t even insulting the game. Simply said in my opinión the game looks shitty.
@@kj-hv1uj saying the game looks shitty is insulting the game lmao tf you on about ?. also this video isin't a good representation because it's obvious true didin't play the tutorial or any of the missions that teach you how to play the game and teaches you what scare traps do etc. watching a dude who has no idea what he's doing the entire match continuously say "i don't know what this does" will of course not make the game look like allot of fun but even with that being said a dude like true who had no idea what he was doing still had fun. try not knowing what youre doing on dbd see how much fkn fun you have lol btw you a damn clown out here
@@kj-hv1uj you see now thats an opinion. Im gonna ignore the passive aggressive gibberish. You see how much better a real opinon is than just "Game looks shitty"
