It would be really cool if those grenades would actually do AoE damage and not just buff your shots "a little" for the cost of 15 shots, that would have done a lot more damage on their own....

I bet the same person that came up with Luna and the Invasions event cam up with the excava as well lol

Great weapon with sharen debuff build ❤ i max her this sharp precision she s very useful in some boss for less electric resistance combine with sharen debuff and Nasestra ability that a cool combo for debuff colossus

They have plans for weapons buffs. Let’s hope this gets something. It’s still outclassed by eternal willpower and divine punishment. I honestly don’t even think it’s a good looking gun. It looks like a kids super soaker.

This gun is just trash and needs buffs like majority of ar’s it’s sad the best ar rn is a purple eternal willpower it has 2x the base dmg of most of them it’s has the second highest crit rate and the highest multiplier. Also you should switch firing fiesta for sharp precision build stacks faster and more dps output since general rounds drop 2x more than the other ammo types ammo never seems to be an issue.

I actually laughed at the comment of the gun only being good for leveling mastery rank before the Spiderman edit happened 🤣

I upgraded it or level it rather to 40 and stuck it in my stash because I don’t see a used case scenario if you use an assault rifle there are better options. There are way better options and legacy. The tamer is a better weapon than it cava for almost any situation, special ability is just kind of useless. You’re better off firing and loading up on and never AVS which I find very difficult. It’s kind of like you have a guy that you don’t want to prematurely reload and you’re always reloading it. It’s a sand situation I guess, and when you do the grenades, however I’m really not clear to selfish primary ability. It’s basic function is to cage is a vibe and got it’s not at all it’s gone. It’s like bunny is made for Bob. They gave us those two things so that we could write for shit so we could kill bosses, like there are number of weapons better than thunder cage, but actually have special abilities that relate to bossing. The differences does have a case scenario excava does not

Can nexon creature create anything better then Thundercage or bunny for that matter. I’m not too keen on this weapon. Looks awesome but not a weapon I would put cat on.

Have to use Ambush to make this grenade remotely good. That is me going out of my way to spray something first before going into stealth - stealth cancel. If I wanted a baby gun, I'd use The Final Masterpiece. Have to look after EXCAVA moreso than I would that pistol and that's bizarre.

When you using the weapon shoot from the hip one is fully loaded into the grenade keep shooting, stack up the damage and then shoot the grenade you doing it wrong?

Yyou know that each grenade stack buffs crit chance? Just dont use your grenade stacks and shoot from hip

1. Is not correct to compare Excava with Thunder Cage, they are absolutly different weapons, for different scopes. One is an Assault Rifle, second is a Submachine gun, each one have its own benefits and minuses. Thunder Cage is not Colloss gun killer, please stop saying that, its a mobbing-trash killing gun, go ahead, put on any random submachine gun same modules and same attributes as on thunder cage, and DPS will be the same (or for some other submachine guns even higher, like Alter-Ego) 2. Excava is a Coloss-Boss killing weapon, the unique ability is designed for the bosses, and obviosuly it will lose to thunder cage which can clear all team of mobs with a single shot, But again Thunder Cage not better than Excava, and Excava not better than Thunder Cage, both weapons is good, and designed to be for different game sittuations, there is no sense to compare them 3. Firing fiesta is a good module, I am still desining my personal build, and from the begining also was thinking on very similar build as yours (maximazi fire rate, maximise rounds per magazine + crits + fiesta), but I discovered very cool module (Real Fighter) which increases even more DPS -> grenade more damage, wanna try this first :P

If only the grenade procs every 5-8 shots it would've been a great weapon... But f2p players will say its p2w game

From the perspective of someone who likes the game and seeing how Nexon manegan it, it doesn't give much hope

I’m kinda glad it sucks. Bought the bp and accidentally dismantled my first… I was kicking my self and so upset. But then I saw how it’s not really too useful. Nexon needs to make it so bp weapons can’t be dismantled it’s really dumb. And no im not a noob. I have over 360 hours of play time. I got distracted and did by accident. Nexon won’t replace ur stuff because they are greedy nor will they offer to purchase another so ur effed if you do this. But the gun sucks so level it once and put in storage 😂
