And before you go "b-but XYZ Encore stops it", "just draw the out" is not, has never been, and will never be a valid argument.

@@falconvergil The Purrely archetype is a legally distinct Eevee and Eeveelution archetype. They're pokemon, which has had a huge resurgence since Pokemon Go. Eevee in particular shot up in popularity over the general nerd-dom. So popular that Yu-Gi-Oh is trying to dip into that popularity.

Mikanko is a blast. Almost at M1 with it. Many meta decks have very little out for Kaiju and Waifu swing

nothing. literally no choke points. you have to have Kaiju on your hand. it can special summon from all quick play spell cards. it doesn't need its normal summon and every quick play spells have an insane extra effects as XYZ materials. you can't stop the XYZ monsters from appearing without Dimensional Barrier. if you don't OTK/FTK it, you are in for a beating. just draw the out moment.

Lmao Dbarrier has ton of counters. Literally any monster with a backrow negate capability. Solemn Judgement is another one. It’s also slow as a trap.

Well as a turn 1 board, yes unless they have a mat 4 xyz and the leap trap card then you get the tower anyways. Prevent noir and hope their backrow isn't more quickplay spells if they have another xyz purrley already.

Physically impossible, 1000 materials are technically 33 cards, and Purrely is quite cheap overall, so you couldn't have spent UR and SR materials for a total of 66 cards unless you aren't playing ANY of the memories or even Purrely itself

Kaijus, DBarrier, chaining literally anything in response to the quick-plays (even random maxx C, because they need to directly chain the attach effect to the quick-play in order to add it as material) Also, Noir is only unaffected while it has 5+ materials, so as soon as it goes to 4 or less you can do anything to it.

The issue this towers isn't just sitting there it can interupt at least once while still having enough mats to stay unaffected and they are drawing usually 4/6 cards which will usually be more handtraps even if u have goddess u might not even get to it

Come on. It can disrupt with 7 materials, and it gets you your quick play spells back if you kaiju them... It's more than a tower buddy.

Hard time recovering? If you don’t OTK them then kaiju their monster gives them 3+ plus cards for next turn on top of the sleepy giving them 2-4 cards they are +6 or +7 for next turn

If you don't win THAT turn that you kaiju the Noir, then Purrely can easily recover because of the field spell and/or continuous spell.

Because if Konami makes a balanced deck, people who like the art or play style will buy it. If they make a broken deck, everyone who wants to continue playing YuGiOh has to buy that deck or a hard counter for it. Why sell a deck to 5-10% of your audience when you can force everyone to buy a new deck at the cost of a portion of the player base? They'll still make more money, and by the time they've run out of whales, they'll be out of original art and style ideas anyways.

Power creep is unfortunately a requirement for Konami to incentive players to buy content. Nobody is going to heavily invest in a “meh” deck.

Don't think ur doing anything particularly wrong, i've underworld goddessed that boss tower twice but both times the purrely drew maxx c from the tower meaning a second one got slapped down and I lost anyways

@@ReflectUponIt honestly it doesn’t feel good turn 1 unless I set up a double draw plumb with the field spell, the continuous spell and the trap 😂 Then you get the 4 draws. The protection from the spells to recur. And the access to moir. Other than that it feel brittle. Kinda like sky striker with just a much better boss monster. Honestly I still need to learn other lines better too because I’m not seeing everything clearly. Like I don’t fully understand the OTK line with beauty yet. Or how to maximize plumbs banish and attach or even Flavian’s best usage. Lot to learn

There's not really a good place to ash tbh the deck is super resilient to low impact handtraps

A no banlist format would just be Tear Zero. There's already been several no banlist tournaments around, and they all end with Tear Zero tops that _don't even run Pot of Greed_ because Ishizu Tear is just _that_ broken at full power. Yata Lock, Dragon Rulers, Spellbook, Nekroz, PePe, SPYRAL, Zoodiac, Spright, Kashtira; none of them could even stand up to Ishizu Tear. Turns out being able to do your full combo on the opponent's first turn when they went first as they activate their first monster effect is the most broken thing to ever exist, who could've guessed?

Turn 2 = “run a Kaiju or book of moon” Turn 1 = floodgate/negate the fuck out of them.

@@monkeydluffy_my friend purely is your best bet but that may not always work. Kaijus, sphere mode, lava golem, floodgates are good options. Droll and lockbird if resolved shuts down a purrely turn pretty quick.
