My favorite part is how Calvin n Teej were more genuinely impressed with the lock cover than all the STI bits haha

the braces allow up and down movement for bumps and uneven road but stiffen the car laterally for cornering. its suppose to retain the comfort of not having a stiff chassis while being stiff in the turns.

Watching them low key roast STI the whole time was amazing

I think it is nice, but for the $4K… not worth IMO. I’d take the magnetic keyhole covers tho, those are actually kinda nice lol! Can’t wait for the build!!

I'm really not feeling the exterior aero pieces. I'd go for that push start button and nothing else tbh. Streethunter part are no doubt going to be legit though.

As a result, this part improves steering responsiveness, providing nimble handling from the normal range at the start of steering to the limit zone. In addition, while ensuring the rigidity required in the chassis, this product moderately removes external pressure such as road gaps, and flexibly diverts vibrations. This can be easily installed by simply replacing the standard V bar. And also work with rear flex draw Stiffener bar. So that means must install front and back. BTW all parts are Japanese DOT approved and follow DOT laws. May odd to you but according to Subaru it’s all aero parts are functional.

Although the subtle effects of the STI kit are cool, a STREETHUNTER DESIGN kit would be insane. Stage I being mello, and stage II being “mello-dramatic”, and maybe a stage III that’s off the richter scale.

I think the exterior side parts would look better if they were color matched. They seem to stand out just a bit much.

So here’s some info The only truly “jdm” piece there is the fender vent add on, which is not offered in America. American fender piece is a little slit that costs $150 ALL the other pieces are offered as options for USDM vehicles. They just were not available right away when you placed your order. If you ordered your brz around December if 2021, you should have had an option to add those aero bits into your order for all USDM orders. Regarding the strut tower bar things. They’re actually supposed to be softer than the original. It’s to provide a more comfortable ride while keeping the same performance… at least that’s what Subaru says about them.

A lot of times with the OEM body parts with holes is sometimes they give a hole and you have to drill it and put a push clip in yourself. Even PDI'ing cars with factory mud flaps, a lot of times the mud flaps would have holes that were left empty.

I really can't get on board with the BRZ or the 86. The customized ones from Tokyo Auto Salon look incredible, but as a stock car it's incredibly bland. I'm looking forward to seeing what Streethunter does with it. I wonder if it's possible to do an STi 2.5 Turbo Boxer motor swap.

Please. For the love of God. Put a jack stand under there! Hydraulic jacks fail. And if you're under there when they do, it's lights out! 1 extra minute if your time is worth the safety benefits.

Okay so for the pre 2022 BRZ TS STI you are completely wrong buddy. In Australia, Japan and even AMERICA the BRZ TS STI got the following from factory: 1. Full brembo BBK 2. STI light wheels 3. STI coilovers 4. STI strut bars and chassis bracing 5. Sachs dampeners 5. All the STI interior bells and whistles. You know what you don't get with the BRZ TS STI from factory? I'll tell you, the STI aero kit. That was a factory extra. And always has been, even for the WRX. I guaranfuckingtee you that the new BRZ STI will have the full STI handling performance package from factory. You just bought the optional *overpriced" aero "style" kit and other extras that subaru make available for base models, not the full STI package. So either you didn't do your research or you are ignorant....

Investing in crypto now should be in every wise individuals list, in some months time you'll be ecstatic with the decision you made today.

Flexible v-bar is designed to work with chassis movement. 100% rigidity doesn't = performance in regard to this part.

Honestly so confused about the STI strut brace 🤨 It’s only stiff because it has two mounting points on either end. The floppy mid section makes zero sense.

Looks better than I expected, think if the sides and rear spats where colour coded it would look better OEM+ 🔥

The interior pieces are okay. The fact that they're not all gloss bugs me. Probably not worth the price. I can't lie, I like the interior tweaks but the flex brace makes no sense and leaves me scratching my head wondering WTF

The kit and stuff looks okay but honestly not worth the price! If it was full real carbon fiber I could see why it would be that expensive but it just doesn’t make sense being cheap plastic but that’s just my opinion

After owning two 07 Sti’s, selling one, having fallen in love with the brand back in the rally days. I can honestly say, this brand is a fucking joke now, why is the new wrx/sti so lackluster. They got left behind by all their rivals. And as soon as the brand realized they could rake in tons of cash from selling mpv’s and SUV’s to Kevins and Karen’s. They just gave up on the origins of the brand. 4K for a packet of plastic!!? Are they fucked in the head?. Also the fact that the BRZ, which is a shared platform car, is the best sports car Subaru sell right now is sad😂 No gtr rival, no Supra rival, no z400 rival.

I went for just the exterior add ons for my silver BRZ. Cost around $3.3K AU (Australia whee everything costs more), plus silver alloy wheels for another 3.3K. Midlife crisis.

Why isn’t there a jack stand under the car while Calvin’s head is under the car putting the STI body kit extension on (“4:24”). Insanely dangerous. If the jack fails that’s Calvin’s life. My best friends dad is paralyzed from the waist down from a jack failing. Be smart & safe.

As an STI owner and long time Subaru rally fan, Subaru has SERIOUSLY gave enthusiasts the finger in so many ways! The new BRZ is really cool, but come on Subaru, go big! Too bad there’s not much money in enthusiast cars, people buy CUV’s and EV’s

With there being such a big difference between a wrx and an sti, this was disappointing.

I love this Kit since it is so simple and clean; I prefer this one over the TRD for the 86. CAn anyone Confirm or if anyone knows if this Kit for the BRZ would Fit the 2022/23 GR86? I am really dying to know as I have an 86 coming in soon, thanks.
