3:23 Yeah that’s Han Jisung, he is one of the main rappers along with Changbin (the guy who went right before him). Han and Changbin are actually part of the producer line along with the leader of the group, Bang Chan. These three go by the name 3racha and produce pretty much all of stray kids music. They have a two or three trusted in house producers that work with them from time to time but they’re the main ones who write all of the lyrics and make lots of beats. They each have around 130-160 songs to their name and are full members of KOMCA (the Korean Music Copyright Association).
you will NOT be disappointed with stray kids when it comes to rap. they write 100% of their lyrics themselves, so everything they sing/rap is personal to them and if you are big on lyrics, stray kids is right up your alley. i am a girl group fan myself but finding stray kids is probably one of the best things thats ever happened to me. they are pretty much my only exception when it comes to boy group music😭 a few recommendations i have for you would be 3racha by 3racha (3racha is the producing subunit for stray kids, they write, produce, and arrange all of skzs songs), maze of memories, (has all members rapping even the vocalists! please make sure u listen to the ot8 version), venom, and i got it by han (he is the guy who’s rap you really liked) thank you for reacting to stray kids!! happy to see the start of your stray kids journey!

Their lyrics are actually really complex and theres usually like 3 layers of word play that you wouldnt know if u dont know Korean or Korean sayings/memes/stories/etc! There are a lot of people who break it down tho and its amazing. Even in their regular talking content theyre always rhyming stuff or coming up with wordplay. This song has so many plays on the word "teuk" and "teukbyul". Stuff you wouldnt be able to catch on an english translation. Even the rap part that you thought was insane is insane lyrically too bc the first part is all onomatopoeia words to describe nervous actions. Their lyrics are so fun to deep dive into

Hans flow is my favourite of like everything I've ever listened to. Maybe along with Zico. My fav parts of his are in Heyday, Venom, Cheese and Super board. His rhyme schemes are mind bending. I love this little ace of aces
So happy that you decided to give stray kids a chance ! They're what really made me return to k-pop and while there's many talented groups, they're only ones i'm serious fan of. Their music is just so versatile and since they produce their own music, you know the lyrics are brilliant. They're relatable, witty and full of wordplay. Some of my fave rap songs from stray kids that i'm sure you'd enjoy are heyday, muddy water, freeze, maze of memories, topline, all in, broken compass, N/S, zone, district 9 and easy. And just for some background on this group: Stray Kids consists of 8 members who can all sing, dance, and rap. They debuted on March 25 2018 from the agency JYP Entertainment. Almost all of them play at least one instrument, and they write, compose, and produce 99.8% of all their music. They have a very strong, intense stage presence, but surprisingly, they are actually some of the most playful, funny and chaotic group of guys. The themes in their music range from, overcome life’s challenges, finding themselves, dealing with different emotions, doing your own thing because it’s true to who you are and not doing what everyone else is doing just because everyone else is doing it…. All relatable topics all while delivering top tier lyrics and perfectly crafted songs that really bring out the strengths of each member. Great reaction! Stray Kids actually have a bunch of rap centric songs, even the more sad or slow songs have amazing raps in them! "Topline", "Easy" , "Venom" and "Maze of Memories" are some good rap songs with all the members in it. Even some other title tracks such as "Miroh" , "Hellevator" or "District 9" have very VERY good rap verses! For rap unit songs check out "Muddy water" by 4 of the members, Han, Changbin, Hyunjin and Felix. Also "3racha", "heyday","we go" by the production unit 3racha! Skz are most definitely a group of all-rounders. Vocals, rap, dance and producing you cant be disappointed with any one. But Han is known as the ace of the group
I myself prefer boy groups over girl groups but I still listen to both. Stray Kids is such a amazing group and have such very great singers. They all sing but favorites are Han, I.N, BangChan, and Seungmin. Ik you siad you like girls singing more and I understand why since girls voices are super high pitch but idk something about boy voices are just so nice and soothing. Also they can sing very high notes. Especially Han and Seungmin. I.N. and BangChan can to. I recommend The song 3Racha by 3Racha. It has a tone of rap in it.
Other suggestions: Their song DISTRICT 9 has some great rap in it. It's one of their early songs, so in the M/V you'll notice there are 9 members. One of them (Woojin) left in 2019, and the group has had 8 members ever since. Hi! Great reaction! I've recently gotten into SKZ as well and they've blown me away. They're all good rappers as well as singers and they don't really fit into a specific genre so it will depend on the song how much they lean into the rap. Tortoise and the Hare is one of my favorites(more rap oriented), along with Venom which is very interesting. Also if you like funny puns and diss tracks you should listen to Cheese:)

you should listen to "Venom" from there. "God's menu" is also a classic. Not all there songs are rap heavy but if you want the pure rap from them (3 of them) then check out 3racha "heyday" and "3racha" . 3racha is the producer team and the main rappers in the group. IMO, Changbin is one of the best rappers in Kpop. The one you pointed out is Han. He is good too for sure.

definitely watch the lyric video for Item and M/v for Topline 👌🏻 also some of their good rap song is Heyday, Muddy Water and 3Racha which is the introduction to the 3 main rappers of Stray Kids (but they can all rap, sing and dance) The other members raps you will see in Topljne and Muddy Water. leader BangChan hand picked the members himself Han was the one with the insane fast rap in S-Class (his song Got it is insane) but Changbin is also one of the fastest rappers. He features a song Mirror Mirror with F Hero and Milli with insanely fast rap. In a recent live performance even VocalRacha and DanceRacha rapped 🤣🤣

S-Class maybe not the ~most~ representative of Stray Kids' rapping, since by this point half of their rappers also sing in most of their songs. In their earlier stuff there's a bit more of a divide between the singing and the rapping. (The lyrical content is a little simpler than they usually do, too.) My suggestion for you to do next would actually be "FREEZE" - it's about 50/50 singing and rapping, but there are two different sections with all four main rappers getting multiple solo lines one right after another, so it's a really good introduction to each of their styles. "VENOM" also has a four-rappers-in-a-row section, along with some of the best rap verses in their discography, imo. And since you mentioned struggling a little to catch lyrics in subtitle form, "Double Knot" has an English version that's pretty closely translated from the Korean, and it has a good chunk of rap in it. Just keep in mind that this is still KPop, and they are a group that's about 50% non-rappers, broadly speaking. Actually, flipping between an aggressive rap and a sweeter melody is kind of a trademark thing of theirs - it's one of the things that draws me into their music, personally!
This is not the song to start with if you're into the rap heavy stuff, but they can definitely satisfy your need for rap-heavy songs! I recommend Heyday, 3racha, Venom, Muddy Waters, and Maze of Memories to start. I also really, really love the Tortoise and the Hare. It's quirky and cute and has rap too. :D
They're more rap heavy than most groups, but this definitely isn't one of their more heavy rap songs hahah. I think you'd enjoy HeyDay, Tortoise and the Hare, District 9, Muddy Water among others...

Han is the rapper you pointed out but they have 6 rappers in the group. 3 main ones Han, Changbin and Hyunjin, and Felix. The leader BangChan does vocals and rap along with Lee Know. There is really no fixed postitions within stray kids they can all rap, dance and have amazing vocals despite their main roles. If you like the rap you would love Venom m/v or their older songs like Hellelevator m/v which is a pre debut and District 9 m/v their debut song, Easy m/v. Gods Menu m/v also. Stray kids songs are heavy rap but they also have a balance of vocals and rap songs and some that are more vocals. Mostly its a mix. It is hard to give you suggestions because stray kids writes, composes, create the beats and unique sounds and produces 99.9% of their own music. Since debut 2018 they have over 170 songs currently. They have many songs that are rap with no video. Another good thing about stray kids is they release more music videos per album and even some that aren't released on any albums. For example this latest 5 star album we got 4 music videos on b-side songs and a title track m/v. They take being self produced group to a whole other level. They love to experiment and mix beat changes, genres, sounds and vocals in one song. They have a unique style of music you can't get enough of. Most all of the members can speak good English and 2 are Fluent because they are from Australia. Felix is well known for his deep iconic vocals and visuals, but can sing in many pitches including high pitch. Hyunjin is considered the prince because of his visuals and amazing dance but his rap style is so good and like no other and his vocals are amazing. Han is considered the Ace of the group because he can switch to main vocalist and rapping with easy that looks so natural and do it flawlessly. Changbin was named fastest rapper in k-pop in 2020 & 2021. Han and Hyunjin in the top 10 fastest rappers during that time. The best way to see if they are a group you can stan is listen to at least 5 to 10 of their songs before you make a decision. Their videos are the best with so much going on its hard to take it all in on one listen or view. Hope to see you back with stray kids. Many reactors have said the same like you that they prefer the female idols or groups but I am telling you Stray Kids is different. They all eventually fall into the rabbit whole of stray kids. LOL They are getting ready to release their first Japanese album and one of the songs will feat Lisa from Black Pink. The leader Bang Chan have been friends since trainee days because he started training at the age of 13 years old and for 7 years he knows a lot of idols. The feature for their new japanese EP is not with Lisa from Blackpink but LiSA a very famous japanese female solo artist. She's extremely popular in Japan and she has made so many osts for anime so she is very well known in the anime community.
If you like more rap, their sub-unit 3RACHA (btw, includes the producers-who write and produce most of the groups songs, Bang Chan, Changbin and Han) their song HeyDay (no mv). Easy, Venom and Freeze mv's would be great to check out. But 3RACHA have Alot of songs on their separate unit songs, and most of those are just music only no mv's.
Stray kids rapline is also their producers, aka 3racha. They have unit songs that will blow your mind. There are no set positions in Stray kids as all members can do pretty much everything. The Hare and the Tortoise might just convert you into a Stay. It is a masterpiece.

There are 4 rappers and 5 vocalists so songs may have equal amounts of both but they also have ones with all rap like Tortoise and the Hare and all sing like Youthful. For some reason those are the First songs that popped into my head

Han, Changbin and the leader of the group Bang Chan - together they are called 3racha (pronounced as three-racha - play on words with hot sauce sriracha) - write 99% of the group's discography. they started as a rap trio, that's why most of Stray Kids discography is still very rap-heavy. Topline and Thunderous are both great choices. other rap-heavy bangers are district 9 (their official debut 5 years ago), maze of memories, the tortoise and the hare, muddy water, as well as 3racha tracks heyday, 3racha. for lyrical rap I would recommend for start solo songs Streetlight (by Changbin) and Alien (by Han). there are many more, but those are the first ones which came to my mind. btw songs maze of memories and 3racha have also full verses in English.
A Tip for the lyrics i always first listen to a song then search the English lyrics in Google and read it theb listen to the song again ir watch those videos with the sobg and the translate lyrics but without video clip and the rapper you really liked was han or his real name jisung
This wasn’t the best song for solid rap to start off with as your first .. Han is the name of the Rapper of your favorite cadence in this video. You have much more to look into.. Maze of Memories, Tortise n the Hare, HeyDay, Doodle (Changbin), Topline, Victory Song, District 9, N/S, God’s Menu, Double Knot etc
If u r interesting into mainly rap, i strongly suggest you react to The Tortoise and The Hare. Most of their songs have amazing rap parts. You should find some time to check them all out. Stray kids produce all their songs and they are all awesome!!!
Well Kpop IS mainly Mix Up of singing and raping could be hard ti find sth for you with an MV with even more Rap. But I think If you survive this you could survive Thunderous and maybe even Gods Menü Back Door to me is a whole other Genre again but I Just know I like Most of SKZ Songs anyway. For me it's mainly in which mood I am in the day. I personally don't think it's bad to have a favourite Group and least favourite to Most favourite songs to choose by them. ;) Welcome to the Boygroup realm of Kpop.
I'd say that most of their songs are 50/50 when it comes to rap and vocals but they definitely have some more rap heavy songs. I suggest checking out songs from there sub unit 3racha ( producing unit) as well as songs like muddy water, maze of memorie and tortoise and the hare

stray kids are definitely are a great group for this since they have such a wide range of music and personally i only listen to girl groups and stray kids so i mean i get you!!!!! since you seemed to like han maybe some of his solo songs would be to your taste (close, i got it, and alien are some of my favourite esp i got it) and i think their other more rap heavy songs have probably already been recommended!
