I'm glad i watched to the end, i have a big turbo st, and am prepping to do built bottom end, and was contemplating on whether cams are worth it and if so stage to or stage 3. Thank you sir.
Cams are most of the time going to be worth it, especially if you are running are larger turbo. There will be a point cam size will reduce turbo performance but I'm not sure where that is on the 2.0's and 2.3's. Adam_LZ has a recent dyno video and he explains it pretty well.
