If it was 50 % as much fun as it looked like it was, it was still awsome. I could imagine this is something that you would like to do as fun hobby the rest of your life. Although then you need such a beautifull landscape in your neighbourhood to triples the fun!

This is the BEST video I have ever seen on gyrocopters. I was amazed it could fly sideways. And you were a hoot with the appropriate squeals of delight...as a proxy for my experience :-) I have been around gyros, but have never gotten to fly in one. What beautiful area too.

Gyrocopters are so fascinating type of aircrafts, mainly beacuse that how it works. It's amazing that rotor still spins by air even at low airspeed. I think that the best gyros are the one which have open cabin like this one.

Every time I see a gyrocopter, I think to myself "that machine is not meant to fly" - an incredible mix of a helicopter and airplane!

Another great video of the West Coast and looked liked real fun. :) Gives a different perspective of the gyrocopter and how safe it can be. Enjoyed the brrr when he was talking...very pronounced for the people in the Malmsbury area of the western Cape.

Amazing views from the 360 camera 🎥. Beautiful blue skies. 💙🔵 We have low lying cloud's, rain, damp and cold 🥶 here in Ireland at the moment. It's a bit like a motorbike in sky. Lol 😆

I'm sooo tempted to get my own Gyrocopter this summer, after finishing my PPL(H). Was able to get an introductory flight last year and had the biggest grin on my face the whole time :D

Right next to one of our companies hangers, a guy has 3 gyros (Flies almost every day, only seen him taxi) and never even knew how they flew or anything about them till today... I've worked there for almost 3 years! Thanks for sharing!

Anyone that has not been in a Gyro needs to go up for a flight, its very different to Fixed wing and rotary. SO much fun

Hahaha Yes is a wired but nice feeling. You feel always the lift of the main rotor. My friend took me up. I WAS SO NERVOUS. ( I had flown in helis, Jets, gliders) after 5 minutes I just enjoyed the ride. Until he decided to autogyro for a landing. 🙈🙈🙈🙈.
