FIRST HERMES PURCHASE | IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ITEM & IDYL JEWELRY UNBOXING 

I like the Bride-a-Brac as a grab and go bag, especially in that stunning color. I agree on the Neobain; it's cute but too much for what it is and how it will be used. I don't need packaging when I buy for myself but it's helpful to know because I'd hope it's a bit cuter if I'm actually gifting to someone. Would love an updated review or "what fits" video after you've been using your Bride-a-Brac!

Okay. So I LOVE Bride-a-brac bags! Hermes fans ALWAYS use them as handbags! Specially the Asian/Hawaiian community. They wear BOTH their Birkins & their Bride-a- bracs out all the time. I know because I follow them & watch their RU-vid. Lol 😂. It is a handbag. They just market it to what they want so they can keep their other handbags at high value. Something I learned after working in fashion for so long. I’ve seen other handbags from other luxury designers with the same exact shape for much higher because they market it as “handbag” Also, I’m so sorry you didn’t get an orange box. However I love the white box that it comes in. I think the artwork is cute. I finally got one after wanting one for so long like you! I got the marine color online! AND IT CAME THE NEXT DAY AFTER I ORDERED IT! Was so surprised. And mine came with my LARGE ORANGE BOX! Brown ribbon! & gift card! It even says online that it comes with one. I’m pretty sure if you call customer service and point that out or go into a store they will give you the box. My bolide case didn’t come with a box, but did come with an orange bag. All of my jewelry and perfumes sets come with boxes. Not individual perfumes though. I also love your color! That’s my second favorite after the marine. Enjoy it! ❤

I've purchased mine bride-a-brac in the same color online in US and it came packaged with the ribbons and box. I wear mine as a bag and style with neutrals when I want a pop of color. Love it with total beige look! I hope you would enjoy wearing yours as well :)

Bride-a-brac is so cute! You should also check out the bolide make up case. You can add a strap and have a cute bag.

i love the bride a brac would def use it as a handbag but yea the canoe one though I agree with you and would send it back.

I also ordered bride-a-brac from the Canadian Hermes website. And the packaging was extremely poor. The case was placed inside a zip loc bag and there was no stuffing or tissues at all. And there’s no blank card either, even though I requested for gift packaging too. I then ordered another bride-a-brac case in a different colour, hoping the second time would be a better experience. Nope, it came exactly the same way. And when I reached out to the customer service, I was told that’s how it is. Not sure why the Canadian Hermes decides to operate this way as my friends in the US and Asia all received their items packaged beautifully. Anyway, this has completely turned me off from Hermes.

OMG, last year I bought a neobain pouch online and it came boxed and wrapped and everything... how strange, and as for the bride a brac it's very cute, I've seen conversion kits that are like special hooks that clip on the buttons and allow you to put a strap to wear it crossbody, maybe its a good option if you want to use it as a bag

Hey Lauren! Just to give my thoughts on your questions, the Hermes packaging is horrible lol. Also I wouldn't use the cosmetic pouch as a bag personally; for me, if it looks at all like a cosmetic pouch, it cannot be used as a bag. Like the LV cosmetic cases, many people use them as clutches but I can't unsee the cosmetic case. The toiletry pouches are passable imo because they're simple and rectangular but for me, I'm pretty purist in that a bag is a bag and a cosmetic bag is a cosmetic bag, generally speaking. Just my personal preference!

Oh I do love the flat pouch but agree it’s a bit pricey and very bougie for a tablet case😊

I love the orange. So cute! What’s it made of? The other one fits your ipad perfectly. I would probably use it as a makeup bag when traveling because you can wipe it down. I think box packaging is wasteful anyway, because I always end up throwing it out. Have a great weekend! 😊

I got the same bride-a-brac! They are hard to come by on the website so I checked out right away😂. Mine came packaged in the Hermes box and came with a dustbag so Maybe it depends where it was shipped from?

Enjoyed your unboxing so sorry you did not receive the boxing as well. For this kind of money you should receive all the bells/whistles! These items are in high demand but, I would return the ipad pouch and keep the bride a brac. Just my opinion and thank you for sharing with us.

I love idyll jewelry but have not yet purchase anything. I would definitely call Hermès I bought Bastia and a lipstick and both came in a box somebody definitely mess up ..

I ordered online and didn't get a box. I called and they sent me a box. You might try that.

Not sure about the pouch but I know the bride-a-brac doesn’t come in a box. Not all items come with a box unfortunately. Love your video btw ❤

Hello; If you want to build your purchase history with Hermes, you should not buy online. That is what my sales associate mentioned to me.

I bought a Burberry scarf a couple of weeks ago in store and I had to ask for a box. Wonder if companies are just cutting back their expenses?

I just don’t think I would use either one. Just my opinion.
