Y’all repeat after me. We are not as fit as Casey and Davis. 😂 I went on this hike and thought I was gonna die. Please go prepared. Me and my husband didn’t go prepared (wearing vans , 1 bottle of water, no hiking poles). This was my mini *honeymoon* and I swear I think my new husband wanted me 💀☠️🤣🤣🤣

Okay I knew that Mason looked just like his Daddy, but seeing him in the pack behind Davis, HOLY CRAP. Y'all are the sweetest family 💟💟

My husband and I just moved to TN after ETSing out the Army. We went on our first mountain hike as a family yesterday, and it was 6 miles total with a 3 year old and 2 year old. We didn’t have those fancy carriers and ended up carrying them over our shoulders with full back packs. Boy are we going to invest in those after watching this now 😂 what a game changer. We’re so sore, man what a workout 🙃

Davis should vlog more often he is actually quite good at, and it is nice to see him taking a roll in your everyday life and your career. Your kids are very cute and love Mason's face in this when he was in the store with you guys buying the carry for your daughter Madison. Let Davis vlog some more and maybe do one were you guys do one together. If you guys love snow you should check Canada out and more specifically Whistler, BC... Canada also has a lot of very great hiking trails...

Wow Washington is gorgeous. We got stationed in Alaska in 2021 and never in my life have I seen the gorgeous views that I’ve seen in Alaska. Massive mountains, glaciers, waterfalls, wildlife outside my house, moose on the road.

This has always been my absolute favorite hike, your vlog makes me miss WA! On this trail sometimes you can even see marmots! Try Naches Peak next Summer around mid July for stunning wildflowers & the hike would be family friendly as well!🌲🏔

Just did that hike last month! Beautiful but it has some intense parts! We saw a mama grouse and a bunch of babies walking across the trail, it was awesome!

I have those same hiking sticks. Good choice. If you haven’t already, do the Skyline trail at Mt. Rainier. Might be better with just you two or when the kiddos are a bit older. It’s a hike, but not crazy tough. The view of the mountain is stunning. The trail starts at the lodge at Paradise.

What color did Casey get in her Lowa Renegade boots? And how did they wear throughout the hike? Love them!!

My husband climber Mt. Rainier back in 2010. 1st mountain climb & he said it was so hard & never seen anything but snow once he left the parking lot. I can’t imagine how scary it would be to wake up before the sun & just step in the snow footprints of the people in front of you. I stay here in Illinois & just see the photos he take. 😂

Glad you guys get to experience living in Washington! My husband and I were born and raised in Wash. it’s such a beautiful state and offers so much for outdoor activities! We’re also a military family and were very fortunate to stay in Washington for several years but ended up having to move to dahlonega Georgia!
