I LOVE that you mentioned why you were moving the brush as you were doing it ..starting with a stipple/pounce motion and then buffing gently ...It literally KILLS me when some of these reviewers have no idea how to apply foundation and yet are responsible for reviews of it ..Kudos girl ..a real MUA..Nice

I love this foundation and also love the cool ( tone you and myself are wearing the same shade) neutral and warm tones. The price range is amazing and the coverage is dewy medium coverage tone. Great find!

Hi Lisa! I love your channel! I went out today and picked up this foundation. I have spent a small fortune on foundations and honestly, this $5 makeup performs just as well as any of the higher end products I have. I am very excited to find something seriously affordable that I love. It does smell like paint initially, but it didn't bother me. Thanks for the review!
Oh I am glad you like it Barb! Yeah its a great foundation! I don't smell it either ones it dries. I think it scares some people which is understandable but I am sure its no worse as far as ingredients go then all the other products out there. Thanks for watching!

Thank you Diana! The only ones that i have had trouble with breakouts are the Loreal Lumi foundation. I know thats a popular one but I kept getting little tiny bumps on my face and then connected it to the foundation
I just love your channel!! I am 57 and I have bought soooooo many foundations and I must say this Wet & Wild is my favorite and stays on all day! I have a lot of dark spots and I use the clair sonic makeup brush and I cannot believe how well it covers!
Lisa J Yes and i just have the regular clarisonic and we had to order the brush because sephora was sold out. You dont have to use that much product. I could not believe how easy it was to use! Gets your foundation on perfect!
I know this was a foundation review, but you mentioned that you don't love the ND blush. But honestly I'm impressed that it stayed so well for 9 hours! Blushes usually like fall off my face within just a few hours; I hate it! I have the ND glow kit and I may check out her blushes bc I love it on you!
Its a great foundation! The only thing I missed in this review that was pointed out to me later (and its a big one) is the smell. It has a strong smell of paint... oddly i didnt notice it when I apply it but someone commented about it so I went and smelled it and it is pretty strong. Doesn't bother me at all but I know for some people its a big deal breaker. Let me know if you try it and what you think!

I've been hesitant to buy it to try because I'm quite sensitive to smell and a number of strong smells trigger migraines for me. But at this price point it wouldn't be a huge deal if I use it once and never again. Love your eye look!
+Diana Lee thank you Diana! Yeah it has a pretty strong smell. I don't notice it after it's applied and dried but when I stick my nose to it, it's hard to ignore.

I had to return it because of the latex paint smellv I felt like I should be painting my walls with it instead of my face. As so many others have commented the same, I'm glad I'm not the only one. I not quite sure how you would review a foundation and sing its Praises but forget to mention the biggest concern of all which is a huge stench. really love your channel and reviews regardless though!
+Amy Dillon after I uploaded it I started getting comments it had that smell and honestly didn't notice it when I applied it. I had purchased it that day I filmed and hadn't worn it at all before filming this. That was a big fail on my part! When I went back to smell it , I was like How did I miss this?!? Major fail!
I have a bottle of this. It is great!! Apparently I don't have the sensitive nose of others, but I don't have a problem with the smell. It looks as pretty as some of the expensive brands I've tried. Maybe this one will be around for a while.
I picked this foundation up a few days ago and really love it. I've tried it on its own and mixed with a glow-ier foundation (Loreal Pro Glow & Laura Mercier Candleglow). I enjoyed it all of the ways I've tried it so far.
It IS a good foundation although I got the wrong color the first time. Marnie G. recommended you so I popped on over to check you out. and I liked what I saw. Great video Lisa.

I like this foundation, however the smell is interesting but it's not really bad enough to stop using it. At least for me. I have to rotate it out cuz I notice it does tend to make me a bit more oily when the weather is warmer. What do you recommend for the more oily skin and mature skin? I struggle with finding a good primer and foundation that marry well. Summer here in Orange County, CA is hot and I run hot as well so it's hard to find one that can hang in there when it's 100 outside. Thoughts??
Hi Kerri! Have you tried any mattifying primers? A few foundations I think may work... estee lauder double wear (just apply it lightly because its pretty full coverage), hourglass liquid to powder (its light weight, matte, powder finish, medium coverage - not full), I also like the smash box primer and mural primer
It smells like paint which is why I can't buy it. That can't be good. I mean I know most foundations are not good but that obvious paint odor is hard to ignore even for $5. Thanks for the review though.

I use the ReDefine line too. I love it! I've been using it for almost 5 years. I use the mask, toner, moisturizers and the night serum. I am good 4 out of 7 days with doing all steps, but sometimes I skip the toner and/or serum
Hello lots of love from india,mam by mistake i landed up on your channel,n i feel wow,wow.so much in love with u.mam one question i have auper dry skin age 34,i use mac nc 45 studio finish councealer as corrector first than aply mac nc 40 studio fix fluid foundation and set everything mac medium mineralize skin finish natural powder .but i feel very full coverage very very cakey foundation,so i got new mac face n body foundation which i apply with my hands for daily use much better than studio one .mam my question is when first apply my mac 45 consealar as corrector it get displaced or simple words gets moved from its place from once i apply foundation ,so i land up using more foundation which makes face more cakey and one more question should i apply the mac medium mineralize skin face natural to whole face or just to the points after foundation where i have applied nc 45 corrector,,please reply
Thank you Janelle! Its going great. I've been a consultant for 5 years. I am not as active as I use to be when I first started but I still love the products and because I did work it consistently those first couple of years, I still get a nice little paycheck every month. I say go for it if you want to do it! Don't let fear hold you back! I always ask myself, "What's the worst thing that can happen if I do something?" Then ask "whats the worst thing that can happen if I Don't?" (could you miss out on something great?) GO for it! At the least, you'll have great products!
Thank you for the foundation brush suggestion. Was going to try the foundation, but I couldn't find a good color. Thank you for the video. I also purchased the soft brown and swiss chocolate by MAC. I love the colors but I think they have some orange or red tones. I'm looking for a color that will look more natural, if there is such a color. I think you mentioned you had worked at he MAC counter before, and I can tell you really know how to apply makeup. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you!
