In this video I take you with me on my first time exploring Lahore Pakistan 🇵🇰 I drive to Anarkali market and go searching for a shilvarkamis, then I go looking for food street, I try some fresh juice, meet some friendly Pakistanis, and go to a restaurant. I enjoy this content. Pakistan is a place that I wouldn't necessarily have visited so it nice to see it through your eyes. I am from Cape Town and it didn't seem like a culture shock but more like a holiday from all the travelling.

Phil, glad to see your having a good time. There's plenty of vegetarian options. Many different types of dhaal dishes and also vegetarian curries for you to try. Many veg starters and sundries too. Iv been to Yassir Broast myself when I visited lahore, afew years back - its a speciality chicken place. But there's plenty other options too. I wish I was over there now, so I could show you around. There's so much to see and do. p.s - that salwaar kameez really suits you. Good choice of colour 👌🏽

Thanks for showing us a bit of Lahore! Your blue Shalwar Kameez looks great on you. It appears that your vegetarian diet is going to pose a challenge. Pakistan is basically all meat. Even the dahl dishes have some sort of meat. You'll be eating a lot of plain rice and paratha! Interested to know how the fasting goes, I think it might be difficult mainly because you're unable to drink water during the day. Looking forward to your next video. I really want to visit Pakistan someday.

That’s not true at all. Pakistan is not all meat and you can definitely gets loads of daal dishes which don’t have meat. Soo many vegetarian dishes too. Just need to ask that’s all.

Meat dishes in Pakistan are worth tasting. If you are not strictly vegetarian then I will recommend to give it a try while you are in this country. Try from any famous place in the town where you are visiting (ask locals). You are not going to find any match for Pakistani food dishes in India..

while in Pakistan, you can take street foods but my suggestion do not take anything liquid from street vendors, it's even not recommended for locals. they use poor water quality straight from taps. but anything hot and out of ovens or freshly cooked is absolutely safe
