A new place which I’ve become actually obsessed with is Pizza Cult in Ubud. Amazing food, great service, such a cute venue and really affordable. Also a great place to bring your laptop and work from!

From a person who loves Bali this is one of your best. Haven't been to the Monkey Forest in years but remember carrying a long stick as if a hiking stick and the monkeys show you a little more respect. If you know what I mean. Don't be timid primates are smart and will and pick the easy targets to steal your water bottle or sunnies. Otherwise it is an amazing experience. Do it mate.

there are many areas in Indonesia that you have not visited and among the 18.000 islands in Indonesia there are many small islands that are very beautiful and mysterious, to get there you must be accompanied by a guide

Go to the Monkey forest. We loved it and you might be lucky enough to see a baby. We had no issues with the monkeys, probably because I was so paranoid I made the family stick to all the rules and recommendations. One of our favourite places in Ubud was a cafe/restaurant that had bunnies to cuddle in the garden, my daughter had a great time with the bunnies.
Check out the monkey forest, but don't take backpacks, big cameras, food, Bottled drinks or anything that can snatch away from you....If they want it, they will take it. :). I saw a poor girl get attacked by five monkeys for a bottle of Gatorade on my visit!
@@itsJackandMegan unfortunately when it's your property they are stealing like sunglasses or bags, generally they have been taught to do it by their owners. Seen that in so many paces around the world.
Good on you guys trying all the food! Do you ever think when eating something its like roulette like "oooh this is either going to be really good, or this could be the one thats going to take me down". Hahaha - keep up the good work!
Hahaha yesss literally Jack was saying as we ate the salad, “this could be the sore tummy one” 😂 turns out all the street food was great and some hotel breakfast of all things was the one that eventually did it 🥲😂
Definitely worth going to the Monkey Forrest!! We went and absolutely loved it! I’d recommend taking as little as possible. So many people did get stuff stolen and dont touch them… then they will bite but if you look at them from a distance you’ll be ok aha
@@itsJackandMegan we saw one older lady put food on her head so they jumped on her and then once they were on her shoulders, tried to pat the monkey and they attacked her and were biting her the head was so scary!! We definitely kept a solid distance after that 😂 so many people just make stupid decisions just have to be careful 🤷🏽♀️
We went to Bali a few ago and our driver for the day was told by us “Take us anywhere but the Monkey Forest”!😂😂 but if you like facing your fears maybe go ..

Loving the Bali videos. Was only there last month and already miss it. Head to the Monkey Forest! I was sceptical at first but comparing our experience at the Forest vs seeing monkeys at a temple, they are more “savage” at the temples (in my experience)

I haven't got the fitness for walking around all those waterfalls so thanks for showing us them. Sorry you lost your Glasses Megan. Top tip. I have always had a String around my glasses so they hang around my neck. I know it's not for everyone but since started doing it I have never lost a pair of glasses since. Even if they fall off your face, They can't fall on the ground or anywhere else.

This is one of your best , love watching others enjoy Bali when I can recognise where you are when I have been there so many times ! So glad you’re enjoying Bali when it cops a lot of flack for being bogan centric , how good is the food ! Monkey forest is a big yes just don’t look them in the eye , wear shiny jewellery or take open bags…they are always curious . Keep up these great vids !

@@itsJackandMegan you’d love the islands. Im starting in Perth then going across to Cairns and staying in that area for a while, then onto Brisbane and winding down to Sydney, we have a month to fit in as much as possible, I just know I won’t want to leave!

Go to the monkey forest, I have been there a number of times and never had an issue. If you do go make sure you have no food or food wrappers in your pockets or bags, also they sell bananas to feed them do not feed them. You will see some very cute baby monkeys and if you get them on a good day you watch them for hours playing. If anything goes bad there is also little old ladies that will save you.

Was a classic hey Karen, haha if I could glue it on I would its just become habit now to wear the hat everywhere 😂 I've been loosing my hair for the past few years and its been a real struggle for me to deal with to be honest. but ill get over it sooner or later. and show the world my big bold head hahaha. Have since worked out we can get very cheap prescription glasses here in Bali so we need to get onto that asap!
100% no to the monkey forest but if you do don’t wear any jewellery no glasses hang onto your bag like your life depends on it and good luck with the camera they will steal everything 😢😢😢 Also we buy our prescription glasses always in Bali, fantastic quality, brilliant turnaround service and super affordable Optix is the shop name.
Hi guy's, great vid , just wondering if you needed the international licence to ride/hire the scooter, my partner and I are heading over to Bali in just over a week and really looking forward to getting out and about, so yeah I've heard the Bali police are cracking down on the scooter thing with tourists

The monkey are sketchy I've never been but had many a friend go and say they wouldn't do it again knowing what they knew now. Not worth ruining your entire journey for something you can quite literally see anywhere in the world hahaha love the content but and would still enjoy the monkey content.
You were making my mouth water so much with the food. Everything looked so good. My one visit to Bali and Ubud was so touristy. Lovely to see the real sights. Hope you guys were/are safe following the earthquake.
The food was amazing! Can't wait to get back and try some more:) We actually ended up being on the far east side and felt absolutely nothing couldn't believe it actually.
