Color profile is huge too. Does it come with a great color profile? Support? Are there tech’s available when something goes wrong..

Feel is the number one thing for me. I have an industrial dtf printer and I love the speed but hate the feel. How is the feel on the shirt??

So is the unused film that’s fed into the powder and dryer wasted?

Does it work on a consistent daily basis? Are your customers satisfied with this product? Are there any KNOWN issues with the OmniPrint DTF? Do you have any customers dissatisfied, if yes, why are they dissatisfied? Have you had any machines break within the first 3 months of ownership? How is your customer support? Are your techs accessible? Do your techs travel or are they strictly via a zoom call? Can you deliver on time? Do you have the proper training manual? Do you have the proper staff/technicians to train the customer? Are your parts reliable? What is the ease of maintenance on the machine? Are the parts easy to access for cleaning? How often do you need to clean the machine? Is banding an issue? What is your follow up with the customer? Do you have marketing tools for the customer and how long does it take to have a representative assist with setup? Do you help with setup? Do you have reliable software? Are there any KNOWN software issues? If the machine stops working on the first month, two months or even the third month, will you refund the customers money? Do you as the CEO/Owner step in when there are continuous problems for the customer? Do you as the owner stand behind your OmniPrint DTF machine? Are your people paid spokespersons, friends, family, etc.?
