Terrifying, absolutely terrifying of not depressing as to how many flaws , errors, omissions, fabrications that are present in cases and how their execution depends arbitrarily on how meticulous, vigilant, ethical , knowledgeable ,fair minded a particular judge is . Case management is entirely a closed door process , there is no transparent regulation or oversight of judges . For the most part lawyers are trained to evade, bend and twist the law on behalf of their clients, not to uphold it. The legal system is moulded according to a British colonial construct which should be obsolete. Can't Pakistan come up with its own evidence based dispute management system? But that wouldn't suit the military,govt elites and feudals who were patronised by the former colonialists,now wouldn't it?
I would be so glad if your channel covers the situation of prisons and jail system in Pakistan. How many, who are innocent but suffering sentences thanks to the judicial system in Pakistan, are literally getting rotten in Pakistani jails. Jails should be rehabilitation centres but here they turn even the innocent into monsters.
Despite one's differences about biased opinions and affiliations of admin/management of this (TCM) channel (theirs personal affiliation and likeness for particular political party which leads to biased opinions and also effect cognitive ability of viewers they may tilt towards that particular political party or their ability to perceive and derive results/conclusion may effect to a larger extent. They are tilted towards PTI or IK ideology whereas being at that role it requires to be neutral for showing reality tilting towards specific group leads to the portrayal biased story) their efforts to bring quality and much needed content for public (for the purpose of educating them) is appreciated and best wishes for more success, growth, ability to work independently and with effective neutral standards. You guys are amazing in showing/portraying real image of our extremist influenced (may vary about an influence and factor person to person). PS keyboard warriors are good but I don't mean to attack anyone's views, opinions, affections, religious beliefs and others beliefs which they're following and practicing in real life. I respect each and every individual without any discrimination of their beliefs or opinions or affection towards any side. I've friends (very close friends like family to me) who are in PTI and they follow IK but I as a person is abide by following or practicing any specific group I believe in neutrality while criticizing any policy, step or action which may or may not effect me directly but effective to general public (just for the reference purpose performance of BUZDAR negatively effects living conditions/standards of us living in PUNJAB his decision regarding LWMC effects people of LAHORE but 1 must accept that this will impact us we all are Pakistani and problem for 1 citizen is problem for all. If we want to make IK's vision for CLEAN & GREEN PAKISTAN we all need to take initiative, garbage isn't just for Lahore I living 200km away needs to dump my waste properly and it is my duty to make my home, street, society, city eventually Pakistan clean and green I must take steps needed at my level not just to sit and say Government/Municipality/TMA/LWMC isn't working properly without doing my duty of dumping my waste). Critic must be positive and for better results not for defamation or insulting and critic must be taken positively if I'm criticizing anyone I'm actually helping them by showing them more sides which may be neglected by them and I want one to be an effective individual/group/authority despite my affiliation. Buzdar is okay but his performance is 0 but if anyone defend him without accepting the fact that he is not up to mark for this office is extremist in their belief and expect me to accept and follow those beliefs is harassment, forcing me, taking away my constitutional rights etc. Stay blessed everyone HAVE A BLESSED LIFE AHEAD.
This interview gives me so.much hope for the judicial system in Pakistan. Why can't we see more interviews like these on our national t.v except for the garbage which is shown.
I agreed that blasphemy law are misused in Pakistan but i dont understand Why you guys mention blasphemy as a title because this video contains more sensitive case stories like child pornography. But you guys select blasphemy. Very disappointed!
Please ask the judges and lawyers you invite to explain why there is a backlog of two million pending cases in Pakistan's legal justice system. 1) Why are the majority of cases not being heard online? 2) Why are retired judges not being recruited to hear cases and to clear the backlog? 3) Why do courts still have an annual two month summer holiday when there is such a huge backlog of pending cases? Why is their focus not on serving justice in a timely fashion?
You are correct that these questions need to be asked. But maybe you shouldn't be asking the judges. Perhaps the government bureaucrats and politicians should be asked. Also, this society should be promoting people of good moral values and fairness to these positions instead of ignoring what's going on with the courts. Public participation in politics that affect the court would be a start. 2 million cases not being heard and sitting as a backlog didn't happen in a vacuum. People need to get involved to change this. And the strange thing about this is everyone thinks someone else should be involved other than themselves.

Strange how easily he is still asking that police to be transferred rather than stripped off of their uniforms, thats the reason why police does not get better and will not get better EVER. Judges dont imprison them or give them ANY serious punishment. they should be thrown in jails for being part of sexually abuse on literally children, HOW the fuck could you not put in jail , how are they suitable for serving as police.
Every one can see this person speaking like an most decent philospher but in reall if you will inquire his assets and decisions will be in favour of corrupt people.He cannot quote his single judgement thats has made a difference in our corrupt society
