Hello Emily, I definitely know the feeling with laser. I had 5/6 treatments. Numbing cream does work but use it a hour before laser with Saran wrap. The worst feeling. Good luck and Congratulations.
I can most definitely relate to the pain of pre-surgery laser. It made such a difference but definitely not fun! I still think getting my upper lip/mustache area was by far the most painful area for hair removal though And hooray for the engagement!
Emily - the numbing cream I use is called BLT cream or Triple Numbing Cream consisting of 20% benzocaine, 8% lidocaine, and 8% tetracaine. You will need a Doctor's prescription to get it filled at a Compounding Pharmacy. It is bad ass stuff. Don't cheap out and go with an over-the-counter product You will regret it !!!
Hi Emily , Wow !! You are looking and sounding amazing , truly I can tell. If I may make a suggestion , try to slow your speech !! , that may help. Overall , I did notice a great improvement .👍 Cos-Play , how cool is that , but who are you kidding ?? LOL You truly are asking suggestions from your loyal fan base ?? 😍 Belle , of course from your favorite Disney movie Beauty and the Beast , you would make a prefect Belle 🌸 I can`t believe they would not have offered some sort of numbing agent before the laser hair removal treatment 😠 I am so glad tomorrow you will be getting something to help ease the discomfort , it is a very sensitive area. I hear a very small (faint) amount of bass comming from "the chest", but cis-women with a warm voice have that too. But over 90% of your voice is already coming from "the head", not even androgynous anymore but pure female. You've got 0% to worry about Emily.
As a counterpoint to the laser hair removal, it was nowhere nearly as painful as I was expecting. Granted, it stung, (I'm not so devoid of emotion) and it did get irritated for a few hours afterwards. Hope your follow ups are so bad. Also, Kaylee from Firefly is my vote for your cosplay ;O) All the best, -Lex
May I ask have you had lazer surgery any where else,next time you go use the numbing cream and ask for a couple of days of pain kilkers ,no one should have that bad of a time haveing that done ,you may want to look into another lazer hair remover tell them how bad you last place did you .best of luck
