Teddy, BP's producer, a rapper, grow up in USA, in the 90's. If u like to discover a song influences, try "Pink venom" , at least 4 american rappers, and two US pop queens. But i recommend their other debut song, whistle...very different .

Great reaction. "Coming out of the shell" song, very appropriate description since this song along with Whistle are their debut songs. Whistle if very different, just as multi-genre (raps followed by Country acoustic guitars), but almost as popular, but actually won more awards initially than Boombayah.

Their producer uses a lot of KSHMR samples, he's of Indian decent, that's where the Bollywood influence comes from
