I recently purchased two C14 RTR and the new WP 14 and they all came with the same battery. I agree that it may be inconvenient that we can’t run our usual batteries. But, the run time of these batteries is amazing! The charge time is about equal, maybe more , than the run time. Seriously, I can get a good twenty five - thirty minutes of play time, If I’m not cruising at full speed all the time. That wouldn’t be scale operation anyway. For myself, that seems to be the key. Enjoy as you know best!
I appreciate the tear down. I’ve been waiting for a better look. I like the new design and look forward to seeing what could be done with it. I also agree about the battery. It unfortunate and inconvenient.
