Hi Topspin team, I bought the GS edition. Been enjoying the game from NZ last 2 days. Quick feedback below. Gameplay is awesome! By far the best Tennis game on the market. However, I do feel legend like Roger could benefit with more traits/abilities(more than 3) to be authentic to his all-rounder nature. The lack of animations do make the game feels limited at time. I hope new animations are on the way. Roger's forehand animation is great. Backhand, when hitting high topspin balls looks quite odd, clunky in a way. Hope this can be looked into. Overall, thank you for your effort. Have been a blast with Topspin 2k25. Rally On!
Roger is actually a big step up from top spin 4. He feels great to play and I constantly catch myself thinking; “that was actually Roger esc”. Think he may be a bit underpowered in the game though. Some of the other pros are ridiculous. Just discovered how OP Sharapova is. The half volley perk is way too strong combined with her power. No man’s land is Maria’s land 😅
Ahh, the beautiful man himself. Still looking sharp Roger, ready for a brief comeback this year or next?? This looks fun, it's made me think about buying the game. Love Roger's attitude towards getting gamers into watching tennis - it'll probably never overtake soccer as "the world game" but it's our job as fans and players to keep growing it!
And don't even mention the backhand, serve, and volley ratings for the Maestro. With that being said. Loving the game so far, though, played top spin 3 and 4, and this plays like a mix between the two. Top spin 4 lacked unforced errors, so you can practically have two 1st serves, but this game actually makes you think about the 2nd serve quite a bit. Rallying is more fun, too, since you have to hit the ball properly, or else you get an unforced error. Great job on the game. Although the ratings for players leave much to be desired. Play on expert or legend difficulty for the best gameplay experience.

Could 2k please update the graphics, cause this is not good enough for 2024, The motion capture looks good, but it looks like the players look floaty ingame, just not good enough.
Just downloaded this game. Great to have a tennis game on ps5 but feels similar to topspin 4 to me, downsides basic buttons and small roster. Apart from that its good

If only they spent a little more time on the players faces.... The faces of the players look the same as PlayStation 2 days... And we're into PS5 territory. Please release a free patch that makes these players look like humans in a video game created in 2024.

It's true. 0:24 that motion is so fake and stiff compared to the real thing Federer is known for. There's no power in the animation swing. It's like a parody
@@TheAwesomeAccount it's just the hand model, the animation is quite good, I've studied Roger's technique for years and developed mine, reached a good level playing like him, I played people who played futures tournaments (second category here in north Italy), sometimes he doesn't lower his wrist below the ball like you see in the scene before the in-game one, if you replay the animations in game you'll notice different backhands from Roger, some of those are the exact copy. Animation at 0:24 is probably that 1:11 one.
So glad we at least get Federer in 2k, Nadal probably won't due to him having 5 different contracts with 5 different tennis games, and Djokovic doesn't want his likeness cause he doesn't like video games and think they are pointless
I love Roger of course, but motion capture in 2024? That's a retarded technology. Sports animations are now captured directly from footage, and used onto a 3D model. He cannot replicate the intensity of his movements while wearing a mocap suit in a studio like it's 1999.
Federer, I love you man but since you've got infinite money you could have contributed a bit to improve the graphics, this game looks like it was released ten years ago
You can see the animation right after mockup on the screen looks way better than the actual animation in the game… they ruined the whole idea of having Roger Federer there, I bet any decent animator could make animation like that there is no point to do mocup of Roger Federer

perchè non è Hellblade dove ha solo grafica e il resto fa cagare, qui è il gameplay a essere importante, non la grafica, siamo tutti capaci a fare un gioco fotorealistico con UE5 ma se poi fa diarreare non lo giocano lo stesso.
