I was overweight going into bootcamp, couldn't run a mile without damn near dying, a total shit bag! I just didn't know it! Sgt. Ruiz made sure that I lost that weight, by unofficially becoming my personal trainer, he really made sure I burned my necessary calories that needed to be burned. Great guy, except for all that yelling! Lol. SFMF!

lol I wasn't a fat body, but I definitely can relate to getting a fair amount of extra movement in...that quarterdeck fun time!
