Hey, i know this is an old video and your onto new and bigger things but i wanted to know how much were you making with knight transportation when you drove the entire week? Because I seen in this video you didn’t get a full week of pay yet, anywho I’m starting out 33cents per mile with per deim to 47 cpm just like you! So on average if your otr and don’t take any home time how much were you making a week at knight transportation?
Recruiter are known for lien or giving you a pay that you could make overtime or somebody is making at the company but if that’s what he said take it, better record him to have the facts. Knight is on scaling pay scale, check out my part 2 video.
Like they care if your saving money, that’s what they want you to think. Don’t be fooled by the numbers and slick talk make sure you back check everything. Remember your in a industry where they steal from truck drivers hard work.
Hey I hope you're doing good 😊 I have a question for you since youre the most recent driver that post videos about that company. I was considering drive for Knight but I been listening from a lot of drivers in pass coments and videos that they are not paying well so heres are my questions. 1 - Where you an OTR Driver? 2 - For how long where you at the time on the Road if so? 3 - was 1,1oo + or less all you made every weekly pay check? Looking forward to hear your answer. Be safe out there 🙌
I’m doing good can’t complain at all. 1. Yes I was OTR at knight transportation. I was out for a month at a time. 2. 4 weeks. 3. If you look at check videos, I barely even made that. I was being home $500-700 a week. Wasn’t worth it at all but I was able to get experience and goto different company. No problem thanks for watching and reaching out. Good luck with everything.
@@whoisc5 yup. My cdl loan was supposed to be 70 per month or whatever but once I left they told me we need 300 a month or whatever. So I just paid it off I’m cool of that bs 🤣🤣
@@whoisc5 knight is still solid, just be careful when you leave but any mega is pretty much the same which is basically are basically your options as a rookie . After 6 months to a year Leave and go to a small carrier that’s where the money is. I know Walmart is hiring trainees definitely give them a look you’ll likely be set for life in the long run.
@@DavidPavlovich2 broo i work at Walmart distribution down here in Irvington Alabama an I applied like a week ago they said i had to apply wen i be working here a whole year but i hate it here i wanna use my cdl an i have all my endorsements 🤦🏽♂️
So you get paid weekly?? I was looking into Knight because there’s a port out in north vegas here. But yeah, i see all these videos saying don’t go with mega carriers but then a handful say knight is a really good mega company compared to others. I’m going through a career crisis and really want to get into truck driving but am so hesitant with all the videos talking about scammers
Yes we get paid weekly and same but knight was only companies who would hire me cause of my bad driving record and I love it. I have no issue but that’s thing about you trucking. It’s so many companies and opportunities try find one you like and if you don’t like it leave.
