@@mocapcow2933 Not to mention that some people are genetically simply unable to jump 25+ inches. If you are predominantly slow twitch muscle ( aerobic endurance and muscular endurance), you can't really perform anything that involves a high degree of explosiveness.

@@helmuthvonmoltke5518 I beg to differ. Sure it's naturally harder for some people and everyone has their limit but for pretty much anyone 25+ is attainable if you're dedicated enough. You can train to be more explosive even if you have a below average amount of fast twitch muscles
