Through the First Person program, Holocaust survivors have the opportunity to share their remarkable personal stories of hope, tragedy, and survival with thousands of visitors at the Museum. This program was recorded on March 27, 2019. It features Irene Weiss, who was born in Bótrágy, Czechoslovakia, in 1930. Irene survived Auschwitz and Ravensbrück before being liberated by Soviet forces in 1945.
