Not really, I love lz but I miss shorter vids taking place throughout the weekend. Knowing how it ends before watching is very disappointing, especially being there live. I miss when he was with rtr and you can see his pov and opinion through the weekend
Props to Collette. She's literally a force of power to the guy . Since last year , he's improved dramatically . He does drive consistently for a show boat of a driver . FD needs that, denofa is still the king of exciting runs .
@TASTYTREATSPLS I think it honestly helps their relationship that she does. Considering the last one hated being on camera and it screwed the channel up many times. Collette is pushing him forward while the last one 100% held him back, and it's extremely obvious.

yup, he's gotten stuck against those two so many times in top 32, especially that first season trying to learn the mustang looked brutal not getting any real comp time in the car.

@@MrGatorsfan2010 that would be sick. I feel like he definitely needs a different chassis if he wants to be extremely competitive consistently and that’s the euro BMW. My only question is, will that car be up to regulation for FD? They have zero weight minimums for DMEC. I wonder if he were to use that car for FD, he would have to change too many things. I can only imagine how much it costs to built a car of that caliber, but I would be curious to know if he would simply build another e36 chassis for FD instead and keep the euro version for competitions overseas? The blue e36 has cracks in the chassis I believe. Might not be worth attempting to save it, so maybe he builds a new car for a full season? All I know is, dude… he drives the tires off that e36.

@@jankesbmwu aren't wrong about DMEC, but its a complety diferent car, 400 pounds less, more weight in the back plus the tires are semislick they run on DMEC in FD just sport tires. Plus it was rainy that put's diferent perspective

ohh man, that's just dangerous. Not everybody can handle every car without crashing and if they crash, it's just gonna be hectic cuz you're either crashing somebody else's car or it's your car getting wrecked by others
Im gonna be honest, I never understood the hype about Adam before but watching him behind the wheel of the e36, I’ve become a fan. Dude can drive that car consistently well
he's always had really high highs. he throws big angle and makes fast, snappy transitions. the problem has always been that driving like that is very difficult and very very risky, so he's had consistency issues, and broke the s15 a couple of times getting into walls. the s15's drivetrain was also not the most reliable, so it broke on its own a couple of times as well. he's been driving the e36 with a smaller turbo and less power in small series like klutch kickers and weekend shootouts for years, he and the team are super comfortable with it, they just put a bigger turbo on it this year and said "what if we just ran THIS in FD?" FD has lots of drivers that can fill the zones, go fast, and not make too many mistakes, but watching drivers that throw huge angle and get hyper aggressive on the chase is what's actually exciting about watching competitive drifting
i remember aasbo being one of the first guys you got drawn with in your first round of pro and he wiped the floor with you so it was really cool to see you a few years later making him look like a complete rookie

The foot camera really shows how much help the nitrous is. The left foot is much less busy than it used to be looks more like the rtr foot camera. He definitely learned a lot with his time with Vaughn and James Dean.
Adam is a fucking incredible driver bro. Managing all that’s going on in his life and still hangs with the best of the best in the world in a car that’s not even a purposely build FD car is fucking mind blowing. This man is a hero
the eye that vaughn has for recruiting championship drivers is out of this world, the rtr team has always had an insanely competitive set of drivers for years now
This is awesome 20 years ago we used to go to track rentals Englishtown to drag race our e36. I remember being able to hear people drifting at a spot close to the strip. Im from Southern Maryland but majority of our car friends and biggest sponsor was from Connecticut so alot of atco and Englishtown back then.R.I.P. 😢

Idk… watching it live and seeing odi slam into Adam harder than anyone else hit anyone all night, and not getting docked for it, wild. I was for sure saying to the wife that Adam won because those hits unsettled him or the judges were going to screw him. Glad Colette saw what I saw lol
