Living with multiple sclerosis isn't easy, but it's only as hard as you allow it to be. Adapt and modify as you need. There is no CAN'T! I just do it differently than you do! I do my best, and as long as we all keep moving, we'll be ok!
Have you tried a light-lamp? (Sorry. I don't like hearing you're not feeling well and am trying to "mother" you. I think I need to get another puppy. LOL)
