Fantastic! I hope I will start pull up exercise again soon. Haven’t done it for one month due to elbow tendonitis and antibiotic (maybe tendon rupture risk!). Thanks for sharing the video.

Joe, I experienced the same injury a couple years ago, but just on my right bicep. Looks like your biceps have recovered nicely along with attaining the same or similar size and definitions prior to the injury. How have you been able to get that size and definition back. I'm still struggling to get my previous size and definition back. Any suggestions?
