YES!!! Saw these kids in concert a few years ago when they opened for Loverboy and they are the real deal. Melody has the best female rock voice in 30 years. Sam is a top tier guitar player. I also recommend you next listen to their original "Mars" live in Cumming, Georgia. I suggest an original song next so as not to be constantly comparing them to the original artist. Then move on to some of their other covers. All of their songs are fire.

What grabbed me about this band couple years ago was Melody's insane vocals, AND what stands out from the other young rock bands out there. The other bands may have killer musicians, but if the singer is not up to par, then the whole band is off my list. The next thing that grabbed me, was Liliac's amazing talented and very young, (at the time), musicians. Since then, I have seen and enjoyed them grow and get better with time and I'll be there to see them become famous. They are truly good humans!! #RORH
For witnessing Melody's vocal range, and styles, "Sail Away" is the absolute choice. Not to take away from all the rest of the songs they do, which are amazing as well, but that song really showcases both her soft & hard sides.

Mystery is a great song from them too. Their dad is a music producer and his kids were interested so they started playing and he decided to take them on tour. OldSkuleNerd here on youtube has an interview with with Papa Liliac that has a lot about the background and how they all got into music.
Mars live from there 2019 , or nothing both originals. Liliac are getting bigger and bigger. They will be playing there 2nd Kiss Kruise tto the Bahamas in Oct. They played the 2019 Kruise and were the talk of the ship that Kiss immediately booked them for there final Kruise this year. This is her natural singing voice, there originals are crazy good , I would start with Mars live or Nothing.
I'm glad to see you reacting to Liliac. This is the American member of the great family heavy bands NAFTA, along with The Warning from Mexico and Motion Device from Canada. This is totally Melody Christea's normal natural voice, which is MILES better than Dave Mustaine's vocals. His vocals are very thin, so this was in no way copying his vocals, since if anything it's the opposite. Not forced at all. She always sounds just like this. Her main influence vocally is actually Ronnie James Dio, which fits, since she sounds like him normally. Janis Joplin and Melissa Etheridge weren't forcing this sound either; it's a unique vocal that is normal for her. Their songwriting is still developing out of the cover stage, but they have two excellent originals; namely, "Mars" and "Mystery". A third original is also very good, which is "Sail Away".

You will be shocked then. She is naturally raspy/smokey. However, Dio was her main inspiration. While you are new to these kids, Michael Batio, Rudy Sarzo and Vinny Appice aren't. Melody has done GoDPS videos with them. Vinny Appice has a long relationship with these kids. Melodio as Appice calls her just sang four songs previously sang by Dio with them at a show in Kentucky. Stewart Copeland of The Police played during a documentary he was making with them on the Santa Monica Pier. They have many original songs as well as covers. These kids go back to when Melody was 11 and Sam(guitarist) sang with her with Abigail (the drummer) playing accordion. Ethan and Justin would have still been in car seats at that point I think. Papa Liliac is a music producer by trade and the kids were interested in music and here we are. He keeps them independent so this is filmed in their basement of their new house where they are raising money through Go fund me to make into a working studio. He manages them as well and Mama Liliac takes care of the merch. My first exposure to Liliac was "Nothing". It shows the real metal voice she has. The video is in black and white and made to look old. They were a little younger, as well. 12 to 21 years old.

I'm 66 years old, and I've been a fan of Liliac for 3 years. I was never a Megadeth fan, and even though I'm sure they do a great job with this, I'm just not a fan of the song itself. Listen to one of their originals, like Mars, Sail Away or Chain of Thorns. Their cover of Joan Jett's "I Hate Myself For Loving You" is great too. Or even their covers of Metallica'a "Enter Sandman" or Janis Joplin's "A Piece of my Heart" Live, on tour in Cummings Georgia.
You mentioned the cheesiness of the video setting. It was pretty intentional for this one to mimick the album cover of Couhtdown to Extinction, which was a dude in a straight jacket surrounded by poured concrete walls.
If you want Melody's real vocal greatness listen to Mars live in Cumming Georgia.. It is an original, and a very good live song. I think the best cover for her is Hate Myself for Loving you. I believe she did it better than Joan Jett. All of there music is very good original music and covers. They write all of their originals.

Not quite Martin, since Dracula is a fictional character. Their parents are from Transylvania, the region which contains the castle of Vlad Tepes, better known as Vlad the Impaler. It is from his bloody history that some of the Dracula nonsense comes. But, both parents moved to the U.S. in their early teens, and all the kids were born and raised in America.

You would do yourselves a favour and check out their earlier videos starting with Wild thing and then move forward, but do yourself another favour and check out the original artists first you will find that in most cases liliac are as good if not better of course I'm their biggest fang so I admit I'm biased . There parents are Romanian, the kids all grew up in America so that may explain Melody's sound just alittle but they are awesome, there like a modern day heavy metal Partridge family with alittle bit of the Adams Family mixed in lol
Okay guys the base the lead guitar players 23 the drummer is 22 in the lead guitarist of 20 and the others were like 14 or 15 and they sing a great deal song anything with deal listen to it cuz they are perfect they sing it better than deal does I've been watching this group 5 years ago so I know a lot of Adam their dad is from Transylvania and lived three blocks from The Vampire house down there and Lily lack means back in his language but he come to the US a long time ago and his wife and they had all these siblings and he was a video producer for other bands like even Michael Jackson even so he knows what he's doing and he's very good at it and that band is the greatest heavy metal band today in my opinion I love them I can't wait to see where they go in 5 years they've opened up for lover boy Aussie I mean they can sing the songs man they are awesome when I love him very much
