I didn’t notice any engine braking change with the slip on. In order to change that you would need the Ktm connectivity unit that allows you to change engine brake but they are hard to find at the moment. That’s my next purchase on my list if I can find one aomc.mx/MYKTM-CONNECTIVITY-UNIT-KIT.html
Honestly I love it! Zero issues so far, I haven’t yet serviced it since I got it. My buddy has the same exact suspension and he loves it as well and we are always sharing our suspension settings. Hybrid suspensions are truly the best of both worlds. And at coppersmith they put quality parts and SKF seals.
@@IbarraRacing92 good to know. How many hours have you put on it? I had full Ohlins on my last motocross bike. I loved it but I felt the performance deteriorated pretty drastically at around 20-25hrs. That’s my only hang up. I’m thinking of getting it on my woods bike this time
I have 27 hours on them right now. So it could use a fork service but I honestly haven’t felt any performance decrease. And I would say no matter what kind of suspension you have, all oil deteriorates from heat and friction and that’s what decreases performance..
You are correct! In that video it wasn’t, I was not using enough preload on the rear shock, it’s been fixed now. That’s pretty impressive how you were able tell! What made you realize the bike wasn’t balanced?
