What's up guys! Today's video is first step quickness for volleyball. It's a strength and conditioning program for volleyball, where the goal is to work on explosiveness and quickness for volleyball. It's jump training for volleyball and quickness training for volleyball, as jump training is actually a great way to increase explosiveness and quickness. We start off with plyometrics for volleyball, working on foot and ankle strength, hurdle jumps, then quick change of direction for volleyball. Then we do some power training for lower body explosiveness and upper body power for volleyball. Then we do a full body workout for volleyball, focusing on strength building, fixing muscular imbalances, and preventing injuries. Hope this helps!
