How do i sell my products if i dont physically have the product yet. I have the logo and the brand i have a supplier but how can i gain a following or even know if people want to buy that logo since i dont even have a product to market or show people?

Nice material man. I've been working my brand since about 2004 and I still love it. One reason I've been stuck is the same thing you touch on here- lack of delegation. I try to do it all myself, still. Maybe I'll try the sticky notes.
Delegation is so important. It is literally the difference between success and failure. Try putting those sticky notes around your house. That really helped me.

I guess one problem I have is that I don't seem to know a lot of people that are interested in doing what I do. I've tried placing job ads but that seems to get a lot of flakes. DELEGATION if you have capable team ... finely somebody with proper advice . Fantastic speach ...make them more often..give advice and cover with story from your bussiness adventure . I clean kitchen and make million notes meantime when I hear you with my ideas hahaha. STICKY NOTES ,VISUAL STIMULANTS (brain see and register and decode all around us do you look or not .....read about brain more you will see how corporations make you focus on stuff what they want. I have background in economy and finance for corporate and goverment bodies but years ago work for advertisement company ...it was fun ...I work from home and travel on my own speed ... it change the way how I price my time and ways I work. I understand completely that it takes time, sometimes a very long time. But what I've learned is that you just have to keep trying to make progress, even if it seems like you're not making significant advances. Working on it consistently will get you there. Even if you can't hire a full-time team, consider looking into hiring freelancers to help out.

Great question. We basically started them at the same time. We figured the money we made from the agency we could invest in our brand. Throughout the years the agency has always taken priority because we didn't have a big enough team to effectively do both. We are finally at the point to be able to put an entire team on the Brand so it's really exciting because it's been something I've wanted to do since 2008 when we started it LOL.

Devin this is so important! My business partner is all about how she wants to make money on the e-comm and she misses the concept of creating content. I believe I may have to let her go. As much as she has been so understanding. She is not very supportive of the content but blames me for not selling anything. We have only been on this for two months. I designed so much for her. Almost two months worth of designs.

Wow, I think it’s just so amazing and mind boggling how I stumbled on your video. This video… I’m currently going through a difficult situation with a new business venture and our recent issue has been personality “challenges” amongst partners (aka friends). Certain individuals feel their creative direction is the only direction and have a difficult time taking “no” or “possibly later” as answers. We are hoping to set a standard in policy and agreements as this is an equal partnership of four people, but some members are feeling this venture will not work out.
I know this is an old comment but it's too many people. In a restaurant do you have 2 head chefs? No. Unless three agree to listen to one it won't work, and it most likely won't because friends and business don't mix.
