Big guys have gotten phased out for a reason. 3 points is more than 2. And even then the big guys today are more skilled than the big guys of them. Anthony Davis, Joel Embiid, Nikola Jokic, Demarcus Cousins, Al Horford are all capable of hitting outside jumpers regularly and defending 1-5. Basketball is way more advanced today.

It was much harder to score 113 points per game in 1993 than it is to score 115 points per game in 2017. Everyone that knows the nba knows this. Hand checking and bumping and holding cutters would destroy this team mentally. They all lost 3-1 leads in the same playoff season their 5 best players. They are mentally fragile in pressure moments. Curry has never dominated in the finals. It’s easy to score 35 a game on Lebron that does not play defense much harder against the Bulls of the early 90s or late 90s.
